Normally it is difficult to do an entire month in a rental but Colleen’s place is fantastic! We have already lined up another month for next summer. There are some very hot days/nights in August and finding a bedroom air conditioner in Seattle is rare. The amenities both in the home and the surrounding areas are plentiful. The VRBO title “A steal in heart of West Seattle “ says it all! Also, Colleen is super with email responses.

Lovely location, easy access, comfortable and spacious digs, almost every amenity plus garage!
Very modern in a comfortable, tastefully decorated craftsman style. Bathroom on every floor, two master suites, well lit in the evening and bright during the day. 5 minutes to the West Seattle Bridge, which means 10-12 to downtown. Huge selection of great restaurants and bars within walking distance, and several options for those who worship within a stone's throw. Quiet, cozy, and quite a bargain. I will recommend to all my friends who plan to visit the Seattle area.

Cook and Stay, safe in the city
We spent most time in the family room with the kitchen. The house is nice and comfy cozy. This home is located in a nice walkable neighborhood, Trader Joes our favorite food store, QFC and Metropolitan Market. California Avenue has a huge yarn shop and local butcher. Feels like home. We are returning in 2017.
Lovely Place to stay
Just spent a month at this great house! it is a beautifully set out house with lovely furniture and everything you would need to make you feel 'at home'.
It is within 5mins walk of three supermarkets, public transport at Alaska Junction and all the fun shops and restaurants on California Avenue.
Our children and grandchildren were able to visit all the time and there was even a chest of great toys.
Would love to spend time here again one day.
The property owner was most helpful and accommodating and we were made to feel very welcome even though we didn't actually manage to meet up.
