Location, Location, Location....This beautiful home is located in the neighborhood of Rio Grande just 3 blocks from the Spanish Springs Town Center where you're surrounded by golf courses and recreation centers. Hacienda Hills Country Club is less than a mile away and offers Championship golf and has a wonderful country club restaurant & Grill. You're less than a mile to Spanish Springs Town Square where you'll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery store, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. Rio Grande Neighborhood Recreation Center is a quick golf cart ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming. Your also a quick golf cart ride to the Chula Vista Club where you'll find a swimming pool, horseshoes, bocce ball, shuffleboard, tennis & pickleball courts, game rooms, billiards room and so much more!

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home offers lots of privacy and is beautifully landscaped. The furnishings are decorated with a warm relaxing feel and has an open airy feeling with the vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable queen size bed, large walk in closet, TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower and the sink is located outside the shower allowing for more then one to get ready for a busy day of fun. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed. The guest bath is roomy and has a tiled tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms and baths have extra towels and linens. I'm sure you'll spend many hours relaxing in the Florida room, it's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book with the relaxing.

This home comes complete and includes WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the lifestyle.

Everything was great with one exception. When trying to get my guests their pass there was no info passed from the Hwy 301 office to the Sumter Landing office mandating a trip over to 301 then back to Sumter Landing... there are no "short" distances when one is unfamiliar with the territory. Apart from that one instance, the journay was great (and, I would use them agai!n).

The rental was well equipped, clean and a good location. Property owner whom we met was a dear. The only complaint, there was no mail box key, that the owner said should have been provided. Still waiting for return of deposit??. We left rental in the condition that we found it. Would rent it again if it is available in Feb 2016.
