Overview

About the property

2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, Sleeps 4

Located in the heart of Phoenix. With the eclectic menu of 7th St restaurants right around the corner, you'll have plenty of food for 'thought'. Conveniently situated five minutes from Heritage Square and the Ballpark, you can access downtown and the amenities of City Center without a hitch. For those who like to bike, a fifteen minute bike ride lands you at The Vig Downtown or Crescent Ballroom for an evening show. The quiet Coronado neighborhood allows you to be as close as can be to I10/I17 and the AZ 202/51 highways while escaping the headache of expense of overnight parking in downtown. Welcome to Arizona!

Cute historical bungalow

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying here with our 2 kids. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed on our trip. We ate at The Coronado and The Main Ingredient. Both within easy walking distance. Totally recommend this lovely house.

Cute, cozy and convenient

  • 5 of 5

We really loved the retro feel and decorating of the little house! Everything about the house is super comfortable. The bedding was especially soft and we loved the view from our rooms looking out to nicely landscaped backyard. Plus, extra seating outside to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little bit of home in Phoenix.

Convenient, comfortable home away from home...

  • 5 of 5

This is a darling little bungalow located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Conveniently located to the major highways, as well as close to popular restaurants (walking distance to a few), the house is equipped with everything you'll need for your temporary stay. October weather was 80s during the day and 60's at night (beds are quite comfortable).

We love this place

  • 5 of 5

The house is convenient for us, accessible. Nat has taken care to have places to sit outside as well as inside. For us, great ways to make coffee make a difference. We were there in heat, so I would have liked to find a way open the windows at night and understand the new fabulous thermostat a little better. Closet space to put our stuff.

Nat is always responsive if we need something.

Sweet vintage home

  • 5 of 5

This home was perfect for our stay in Phoenix. Close to the places we wanted to go and in a funky neighborhood we felt at home in. The house is very comfortable, clean and well maintained with every basic need including AC and wifi. I loved that a lot of vintage details of the home were left alone. Nat was attentive but non-invasive -- just checking in to make sure we had what we needed and to let us know we could reach out to him with any questions, etc. . We were very happy and would stay there again for sure.

Our Charming Bungalow is located in the heart of Coronado neighborhood, 1.8 miles north of downtown Phoenix. The Coronado area is an eclectic place with numerous restaurants like the Barrio Cafe, Nami and The Main Ingredient Ale House & Cafe a short walk or bicycle distance away. It is situated just north of Interstate 10 as well as AZ Loop 202 and AZ 51 highways. We think you'll find it to be a very convenient place to enjoy Phoenix and the surrounding area.
