Overall — clean, comfortable, and well appointed. I would have preferred that the pool/jacuzzi were not on a time limit of 10 AM to 10 PM and that no additional charges be required to have the pool heated.
Well-appointed house, convenient location
My wife and I (from LA), along with two friends escaping the winter from Ithaca, NY, enjoyed a four day vacation in this comfortable and well-appointed house in a quiet neighborhood in Cathedral City. The beds are comfortable, the showers hot and strong, the pool and spa inviting, and the televisions well situated throughout the house. The property is very well situated within a short drive of the airport, Palm Springs, restaurants, and supermarkets... and the Agua Caliente Casino.
Nice home with a fun pool
We rented the home for our daughters family. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The house was big enough for the 4 of them and for dinners the 7 of us had plenty of room. It is furnished nice. We would stay there again.

Nice little house in the suburbs
Stayed here for coachella with a few of my friends. House is in a very quiet suburb neighborhood and a 25 min drive to coachella. The house fit us comfortably and served it's purpose. There are cooking utensils, silverware, extra towels, a few extra blankets, and a few hotel sized shower things provided. If you want to cook, make sure to bring all your own food supplies, also bring water if you're not ok with tap water.
Good communication with the owners as well as John, the guy who gave us the keys. My friend forgot his car keys at the house and John was very responsive and able to mail them back asap.
Home away from home
The property is cozy, clean and comfortable, and well equipped. It's centrally located and close to shopping.
Cathedral City Suburbs
The yard, landscaping, pool and spa were excellent, providing plenty of privacy. The rear of the home is facing east so there is sunshine most of the day, perfect for those folks wanting to catch up on some needed vitamin D! It also protects the rear of the home from the naturally occurring desert wind, a big plus. The yard has plenty of grass and pavement for both a pet and sun-seekers wanting to lounge. The neighborhood is a clean and quiet suburb of Cathedral City (between Palm Springs and Palm Desert) with many other nicely landscaped yards. The interior of the home has many updates (counter tops, newer furniture / electronics). As soon as the kitchen (utensils, plates, cups, 10 minute brew time coffee pot, etc..), towels / linens are updated, this property will rate excellent. Also needed were more supplies I normally find when renting a home (spices, cooking oil, CORK SCREW, etc...). I recommend a person just arriving take inventory and then go to the store to stock up as it will save you the few trips we had to make.
