Located on the 12th Fairway of the Osprey Point Golf Course, this 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home is a golfers retreat. Surrounded by oak and palm trees, the indoors and out are brought together through large arched windows and sliding glass doors. From the stately two-story foyer to the great room, the residence invites social gatherings of any size. Multiple dining choices include a formal dining room seating six, breakfast area seating an additional six, and kitchen peninsula seating five on bar stools. Custom design elements include detailed ceilings, built-ins framing the fireplace, columns, and crown moldings.

The main level queen master suite offers outdoor access and an amazing spa-type bathroom with his and her vanities, huge jetted tub, and separate walk-in shower. A few steps up from the kitchen, the guest bedroom over the garage is furnished with a king size bed and has a comfortable sitting area. It shares a bathroom with the main living area. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each is furnished with 2 double beds to accommodate large groups. All bedrooms include a flat screened TV.

Very nicely appointed with furniture and decorations. Only negatives were the slider in the queen master was horribly stuck. And seems like you could have provided a few extra rolls of TP and PT...

Sweetgrass is a wonderful company to deal with, any problems were quickly sorted and any queries answered. This is a great house with a great view of the golf course. Kiawah Island One of the most legendary barrier islands along the Southeast, Kiawah Island has long been the standard in private island luxury. With more than 10,000 natural wooded acres and 10 miles of pristine beaches, Kiawah is an island to be explored. And explore you will. Kiawah boasts five championships golf courses. Of course, the crown jewel is the famed Ocean Course. Known for it’s unrelenting play, the course was site of the 1991 Ryder Cup, the 2007 Senior PGA Championship and site of the 2012 PGA Championship. If golf isn’t your game, Kiawah was recently ranked #1 by Tennis Magazine in its list of the “Greatest US Tennis Resorts.” There are several different restaurants that Kiawah has to offer, as well. The Bohicket Marina is nearby where you can rent boats, fishing charters, boat charters, kayak rentals, etc. Freshfields Village contains your local grocery store and many shops and restaurants.
