Welcome to 2912 Atrium Villa. This complex had a complete exterior renovation done in 2016. Everything from the roof, elevators, doors and windows to even providing a more eloquent space in the courtyard areas for you to enjoy. This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is the ideal location for enjoying the natural beauty and world class amenities on Seabrook Island. Three miles of beach, two golf courses, and The Seabrook Island Club with oceanfront pool and dining are only a few steps away.
Not only were exterior renovations being done, but interior as well! With high ceilings, hardwood floors, and coastal colors, the living and dining area blend into one bright and open space. The upgraded kitchen includes granite counter tops and lovely tile back splash. Both bedrooms are furnished with two new queen size beds, flat screened TV's, and have updated private baths. An incredible deck is accessed from each room through sliding glass doors. With outdoor seating, amazing golf course views, and ocean breezes, much of your time will be spent relaxing here after a day on the course or soaking up sun. There has also been a new sun shade installed on the porch if it gets too hot. For convenience, there is an elevator, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and covered parking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost.
To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is an $11 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

The villa is perfectly located across the street from the beach club. Everything we needed for a great stay was provided. We loved the huge deck overlooking the golf course!
Perfect beach vacation!
We absolutely loved this villa! Seabrook Island feels like a hidden oasis. The villa is directly across the street from the Beach Club and beach access point. Easy check-in, clean and homey environment and great neighborhood! We were able to bring our little dog and he absolutely loved playing on the beach for his first time. It was so fun to watch the golfers on the course from our rooftop balcony. We are already planning our return trip and can't wait to stay here again! A great value for the perfect beach vacation!

Condo is exactly as pictures show... bright and airy. Rented bicycles from Alligator bikes and they deliver the next morning...great service! If you want a relaxing vacation this is the place.
