Welcome to 2912 Atrium Villa. This complex had a complete exterior renovation done in 2016. Everything from the roof, elevators, doors and windows to even providing a more eloquent space in the courtyard areas for you to enjoy. This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is the ideal location for enjoying the natural beauty and world class amenities on Seabrook Island. Three miles of beach, two golf courses, and The Seabrook Island Club with oceanfront pool and dining are only a few steps away.

Not only were exterior renovations being done, but interior as well! With high ceilings, hardwood floors, and coastal colors, the living and dining area blend into one bright and open space. The upgraded kitchen includes granite counter tops and lovely tile back splash. Both bedrooms are furnished with two new queen size beds, flat screened TV's, and have updated private baths. An incredible deck is accessed from each room through sliding glass doors. With outdoor seating, amazing golf course views, and ocean breezes, much of your time will be spent relaxing here after a day on the course or soaking up sun. There has also been a new sun shade installed on the porch if it gets too hot. For convenience, there is an elevator, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and covered parking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is an $11 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

We had s great week on Seabrook Island. Atrium Villa 2912 was perfect for our needs. Dog friendly and a wonderful location overlooking the golf course. The sink and dishwasher need repair, but otherwise, everything was great. The apartment was clean and stocked with basic necessities like dishwasher detergent, dish soap and a few rolls of toilet paper. We would definitely rent this unit again!

We loved this condo! Perfect location, right across from the club and pools. Nice, comfortable beds and the patio was wonderful! Greatly appreciated the pet friendly unit. Our dog has to go with us everywhere. Ample areas to walk her and didn't have to go too far from the condo. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Great location and view but needs some updates

We have been coming to Seabrook for almost 25 years and have stayed in many villas and houses all over the island. The Atrium Villas are great because of their location and proximity to the beach and amenities. This unit was very nice with a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean breezes all day. The unit was comfortable and very enjoyable with one exception- the kitchen. The cabinets looked old and dirty on the inside and scratched up on the outside. All of the appliances are old and extremely basic models- The bottom rack on the dishwasher would fall down and make a loud crash every time you pulled it out to load. The sprayer on the kitchen sink barely trickled out and made a very loud continuous screeching whine as you used it....I could go on. It’s also a very small area so even more important that it look nice and function well! The bathrooms could definitely use some updating as well, but they functioned fine. So while we loved the unit and location the kitchen was a disappointing and annoying factor all week. On a positive note the rental company Sweetgrass was great to work with and very impressive in their communication from beginning to end.
