Welcome to 2912 Atrium Villa. This complex had a complete exterior renovation done in 2016. Everything from the roof, elevators, doors and windows to even providing a more eloquent space in the courtyard areas for you to enjoy. This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is the ideal location for enjoying the natural beauty and world class amenities on Seabrook Island. Three miles of beach, two golf courses, and The Seabrook Island Club with oceanfront pool and dining are only a few steps away.

Not only were exterior renovations being done, but interior as well! With high ceilings, hardwood floors, and coastal colors, the living and dining area blend into one bright and open space. The upgraded kitchen includes granite counter tops and lovely tile back splash. Both bedrooms are furnished with two new queen size beds, flat screened TV's, and have updated private baths. An incredible deck is accessed from each room through sliding glass doors. With outdoor seating, amazing golf course views, and ocean breezes, much of your time will be spent relaxing here after a day on the course or soaking up sun. There has also been a new sun shade installed on the porch if it gets too hot. For convenience, there is an elevator, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and covered parking.

Perfect beach vacation!

We absolutely loved this villa! Seabrook Island feels like a hidden oasis. The villa is directly across the street from the Beach Club and beach access point. Easy check-in, clean and homey environment and great neighborhood! We were able to bring our little dog and he absolutely loved playing on the beach for his first time. It was so fun to watch the golfers on the course from our rooftop balcony. We are already planning our return trip and can't wait to stay here again! A great value for the perfect beach vacation!

Location is perfect. right by the golf course, beach, pool and pelican's nest restaurant.

Condo is exactly as pictures show... bright and airy. Rented bicycles from Alligator bikes and they deliver the next morning...great service! If you want a relaxing vacation this is the place.

Fantastic location and beautiful condo

Wonderfully easy directions to the condo. Management company extremely helpful from reservation to check-out. They made the whole process quick and very easy so we didn't waste anytime trying to check-in or check-out. We called them a couple of times just to ask a question and they always picked up the phone and were easily able to answer our questions.

Condo was beautiful on the inside and quite comfortable. There were 4 of us and two small dogs. Size and layout suited us perfectly. The best part for us was the location of the wrap around balcony. We were able to watch the 9th, 10th and 18th hole on the golf course from the balcony. Perfect place for morning coffee or a relaxing lunch as well. Condo is within walking distance to club restaurant as well as pool and pro golf shop. Access to the beach is also a very short walk. When you exit the condo you can see the beach from several spots on the upstairs walkways of the Atrium Villas Condos.
