About this property

This new house, completely revisited in its decoration and equipment is unfortunately
not in the front line, but at 50 m, on the other side of the road, and you will benefit from the patrolled beach for your kids.
If you're not more than 8 people, this house can accommodate you for your holidays.
Composition:
- 3 bedrooms with a bed of 160 X 200cm, 1 which has a TV
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90 X 190 cm
-2 Bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet
- 1 large living room with kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven pyrolysis, Tassimo coffee machine, etc ...), TV big screen, WII console with over 60 games.
The linen (pillows, duvet, duvet cover and towels) is provided and changed every 8 days.
An enclosed garden of 600m with a large wooden terrace covered enhance your stay for lunch or dinner with family.
BBQ, table and 8 chairs outside available.
The bike path runs right behind the house and take you to the ocean (5 kms) in 20 minutes, without forcing.

La maison idéale

Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille dans la maison de Frederique . La maison est idéalement située très fonctionnelle et parfaite pour une famille. Frederique est une hote adorable réactive et très accueillante, nous y retournons avec grand plaisir pour passer plus de temps à Lacanau.
