Great Mid-Town location with bus stop right on the corner.

About Kathryn Tomaselli

We grew up in Maryland. We have family in the area and have enjoyed sharing life with aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends at the beach. We are thankful for the time we've had there. It has been wonderful and we hope to share it with you.

Why Kathryn Tomaselli chose Ocean City

Small 9 unit building in the beach block with easy walk to beach and no roads to cross. Well equipped for entertaining inside or out. No need to pack beach chairs, towels, linens, or beach cart. Leave your car and take the bus on the corner of 54th to local clubs, restaurants, attractions, etc...Many are within walking distance. Most are smaller buildings on our street and so the beach is not as crowded as the high rise areas. The walk to beach is half a block.

What makes this condo unique

Upscale beach decor for either casual or elegant entertaining. Newer building with only 9 units so less crowded. Off street and on street parking.

We go for the beach! It is lifeguard protected and an easy walk. Use the beach cart provided to cart your things to the beach in the morning and set up for the day. We love to boogie board, surf, swim, play beach games and beach comb. On rainy days we go to the movies, shop in the outlets, play mini golf indoors, play family games, and of course, eat crabs.

There are fireworks at the boardwalk on Tuesday nights, movie night on the beach, boardwalk amusements, and Seacrets (2 blocks south) fireworks can be seen from the 4th floor of our building. Jolly Roger amusement park is nearby. There are fun festivals in the town of Berlin such as Art Stroll, Fiddler's convention, Baked Desserts Cafe, and much more. Spring Fest, in May and Sun Fest is in September and many Convention Center attractions. We have a great 54th Street mid-town location.

This unit is one of two apartments available. The second is # 429624 and is a separate rental unit with separate rates. They are separated by a locked dividing door at the top of the spiral staircase and may be rented together or separately. When rented together there are 5 bedrooms, 5 baths , 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, and two living areas. (Please note that there is no dishwasher in unit 429624 and there is no washer or dryer in unit 656051.

Great location!

We recently stayed at the property for a girls trip and had a great time during our stay. The location of the condo is perfect! Within walking distances of the major restaurants/stores and the beach is right there! We were impressed with the size of the condo as the pictures don't do any justice. The family area is a huge space, with nice tall ceilings and large sectional couch. There were some things we needed to contact the owner on, and she was responsive right away as well as accommodating.

Would recommend the place to anyone!

My family and I were very happy here

We made a lot of great memories here. I loved the open floorplan of the kitchen - living room - dining room space. There was plenty of room for everyone including big and small kids. And the beach was a 2 minute walk which was really convenient. Would definitely stay here again. The owner was very helpful as well with questions.
