With a spacious layout, lush front yard and luxury designer accents, this home was designed with your maximum comfort & tranquility in mind.
This is the 'Main House' of 2 properties onsite. There is a small back guest house on the same property.
At aprox 1800 sqft of living space, this home is situated in one of LA's best neighborhoods, West Hollywood. Though only moments away from it all, this home boasts great privacy too.
Living Room is vibrant yet perfectly comfortable. Furniture has been thoughtfully curated to compliment the aesthetic of this home, while also keeping your maximum comfort in mind.Two comfortable 9 foot linen couches, authentic Eames leather reclining chair, 47 inch TV, and an funky nest-egg hanging chair, and a desk, added for convenience. We've added little touches of luxury along the way, which we hope will make you feel special.
The Kitchen is beautifully remodeled. Its modern design and granite countertops give this home an upgraded feel. Appliances include a full sized gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, & refrigerator. This kitchen has everything you need from dish towels, utensils, glassware, porcelain dishes, pots, pans, coffeemaker, blender, Reidel wine glasses etc... and it's all brand new.
The Dining room has beautiful natural light, Featuring a circle dining area for 6 with authentic Eames dining chairs.
The Master Bedroom is spacious, with a sofa, a King size bed with a Westin Heavenly mattress, down pillows & down duvet. Small Closet space, for added convenience and a 47 inch flat screen TV with Netflix and Hulu.
The Guest Bedroom has a bunk bed, with 2 double sized mattresses. For added convenience, a small powder room is attached to this bedroom.
The 3rd bedroom offers a queen sized bed, with a large walnut desk. A bathroom with a beautifully remolded stand up shower is attached.
All bedrooms have Brand New mattresses, plenty of down pillows, down duvets and white hotel quality linens. Pack & Play also available.
Main Bathroom is elegant & gorgeous. With a Crystal Chandelier, beautiful black & white tiling, stand up glass shower with body jets, and an elegant tub.
Plush Bathrobes for added an added touch of relaxation. Indoor and Outdoor Towels provided
Comfort Amenities include: 47 inch Flat Screen HD Smart TV, Netflix, Hulu, Wifi (fastest internet available), A/C, Washer & Dryer, 1-2 car gated parking are Included.

Other Property Onsite: 400 sqft Studio Back Guest House is also available as a separate rental or together with the Main House. Back Guest House has a private patio area with patio furniture and relaxing hammock.
Driving your stay, you will have sole access to this Main House, including the Front Yard & Parking.
Off Limits: Just 2 Items... 1.) The back patio is for the back guest house, and we ask that you please only use the Front Yard designated for this home 2.) For your safety, we ask you not to use the fire pit. Other than that, enjoy the home, driveway for parking, and front yard.

West Hollywood is truly one of LAs greatest neighborhoods. With award-winning dining and endless boutique shopping, there is plenty to keep you entertained just off of Melrose Ave.
Enjoying shopping on the exclusive Melrose Avenue, where you will find Alexander McQueen, Diane von Furstberg, Joe’s Jeans, Chole, Isabel Marant, Marc Jacobs, Theory, Paul Smith, Caroline Herrera, Herve Leger, Monique Lhuillier, Fred Segal and many, more stores. Additional shopping nearby at The Grove, Beverly Center, Beverly Connection, each less than a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk.
Many Farmers Markets and Flea Markets to frequent. Thursday night market on Sunset, the Saturday market at the Grove and the Sunday markets on Melrose Avenue and Melrose Trading Post.
Fabulous Dining at hotspots such as: Ink, Ago, Taste, Lucques, Fig & Olive, Mari Vanna LA, Nobu, Koi, STK, Comme Ca, Red O, and Connie & Ted’s, all of which are within a short distance.

If you decide to leave the vicinity, you'll be happy to hear you are only a short distance to Santa Monica, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Central LA. About 25 minutes to downtown and the valleys.
Let’s face it, LA doesn’t have the greatest public transit system. Luckily, this property is situated within a short walk to Bus 10/48, with an easy connection to the BUS 90/91 in Hollywood. Theses bus routes, easily connect you to most subways around the city.

A few home truths to note....
- This is a 3 Bedroom Home. 1 of these 3 Bedroom is set up as an office, but can also be used as a sleeping area. It’s most comfortable for 5 guests, but it can accommodate up to 6 guests.
- This home is nestled off a busy street. Though thats great for walking everywhere, there may be a little ambient noise from the main road. When inside the home, it is very rare to hear any outdoor road noise.

Great location, comfortable and well stocked house.
We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfortable and the baths and kitchen well stocked. The house was very clean. At the beginning of our stay we were only able to get an internet signal in the office/bedroom where the modem was located, however, after placing a call to the office that improved. I am not sure if someone came by to boost the signal or whether it was just a fluke. Also, it would be nice to have Apple TV instructions provided as we were not familiar with that. I recommend this house for a visit to LA and Weho!
Great Location, Excellent Value!
Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and children. Best location and an incredible value. Great privacy on a beautiful residential street, yet, so close to everything. The house had everything we needed and had all the extras a hotel room does not include. Walked to Joan's on Third for breakfast every morning! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

A very nicely kept house in a great location for shopping, dining out, Universal Studios, the Hollywood tourist attractions and everything else our family wanted to see in LA. Rent with confidence.
Perfect for our family of four
The house was exactly as it was portrayed online and the various rooms were exactly as photographed. The location was superb, with many great restaurants within walking distance.
My wife and I and our two teenage children, a girl aged 15 and a boy aged 16. loved the property and would highly recommend it. We stayed in July 2017.
Such a great little house in a perfect location.
We enjoyed our time here. The house was clean, quiet and private. It was easy to walk to coffee, shopping and a farmers market on Sunday.
