The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and one twin. Main bathroom with bath/shower. Modern kitchen with marble worktops, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge.
Our apartment hosts all the modern conveniences you would expect, including a smart TV and music centre. The full central heating and open fire place will make your stay comfortable and cosy. Whether you are here for winter sports or to enjoy the outdoors in summer, the apartment is comfortable and will easily accommodate two couples or a family in style. The large balcony is mainly used in summer and enjoys a view of the village and the imposing mountain range on the opposite side of the valley – magnificent! Enjoy the fresh mountain air and benefit from the early sun rise or early evening sun set on the large balcony.
The location is a short 5 minute walk to Ski Lifts, restaurants bars shops supermarkets & amenities.
Haute-Nendaz is a gateway to the beautiful '4 Valleys ski area' with 410km of skiable pistes (Haute Nendaz, Verbier, Thyon & Veysonnaz). You can collect piste maps from the telecabine when you book your ski pass.
If the weather is not good or you want a quiet day relaxing then the new Hotel Nendaz 4 Vallees luxury hotel & Spa complex is just down the road and has all the luxuries you would expect of a new spa hotel. All facilities are available to the general public and a price list is available from the Spa reception.
Alternatively we share a large private indoor Swimming pool within the Domaine des Reines development a short walk down the hill to building 'C' accessed with your own electronic (white) key card. A Sun terrace and a Sauna within the pool complex is at your disposal; perfect after a day’s hiking!
The village hosts many bars and restaurants and are all within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
Ski lockers are situated in the building and a 'pay' laundry room with washer and dryer are on the ground floor for the use of guests. The designated garage is just below the main entrance door.
A playground for the younger ones is located just 100m away and facilities such as a volley ball, tennis, rock-climbing, trampoline bungee and an ice skating rink in winter only 150m down the hill. There is also an outdoor swimming pool with landscaped grounds for the summer within a short walk.
The sports field below the apartment is used by Para gliders who regularly land there and are a spectacular sight as they fly past.
