The home is fully furnished with a queen bed ("memory foam" mattresses) in each of the 2 bedrooms (plus an air mattress is available: usually setup in loft), 2 bathrooms, loft/office area with computer/work desk and separate reading/game table, full but small kitchen (fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/dishes), small dining area (4 chairs), plus living room with cable/HDTV. Outdoor fenced patio/deck with table and 4 chairs, hammock and BBQ grill. Laundry in basement. The home has all new flooring (tile and carpet), remodeled bathrooms and newer appliances. Kitchen cabinets and countertop are dated.

CHECK-IN / ENTRY:
Digital keypad deadbolt: I will program the last 4 digits of your phone number as your PIN (or you can request your own PIN). This system eliminates the need to carry keys, but a key is provided as backup. It also allows check-in at any time. Invalid PIN entry automatically disables the keypad for varying periods, depending on how many bad PIN's were entered. I can remotely override this and unlock the door or a keybox is also available in case of lockout.
No parties, large gatherings or loud behavior.
Pets: Single dog considered on case-by-case basis (with approval during booking) + additional cleaning charge and deposit.
Deposit will be forfeited if any of these occur.
$450 refundable deposit required; insurance optional.
Deposit fully refundable, except in case of damage, excessive cleaning needed (normal wear and tear expected) or violation of rules (eg. smoking).
- 25% payment required to secure booking.
- Full refund with 30 days notice of cancellation, after which the deposit is non-refundable.
- Balance (75%) is only due 10 days prior to check-in. After making this payment there is no refund.
