The home is spacious enough for 6 guests, two in each queen bedroom (which each has its own en-suite bathroom) and two in the studio room next to the living room which is equipped with a queen size sofa bed. The luxurious feel of the apartment comes with the total privacy and security of a private elevator access which you will share only with the owners who live next door.
Air-Conditioning and Wi-Fi are available in the entire apartment so any travel plans and seasonal adjustments are available at your fingertips, and for any special requests we are always available.
The home is ready and fully equipped for creating a unique and comfortable stay for urban globetrotters, offering a kitchen ready for ambitious home chefs and a washer/dryer machine for any overly enthusiastic gesturing with red wine in hand.

What makes this Apartment unique
You'll hardly find a more equipped and safer apartment than this one. This flat feels brand new even though it is part of an ancient building in the very Center of Rome. Air conditioning and heating system are in every room to ensure comfort in any season. However the perk that makes this apartment the real deal is its safety. Along with the owner of the house you'll be the only one to have access to your floor thanks to the elevator key specifically created to take you there. Your floor will be also reacheable by stairs but will be locked with a double gate (iron and wood) only you will be able to open.

Spacious, convenient and comfortable
We spent a lovely 5 days in this very bright, airy and incredibly well located apartment. The living room was huge--a very nice (and air conditioned) retreat from the heat and crowd of summer time Rome. The beds were comfortable, the whole place well maintained and furnished. The location was perfect--steps from the Campo di' Fiori, yet in a quiet street. Emiliano was a pleasure to correspond with, always responding promptly and in a friendly manner. Everything went smoothly, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.
Great location! And, Management was very easy to work with.
The apartment was in a great location for us and all we wanted to do. The apartment itself was unbelievably large and bright and welcoming for our stay. The kitchen was adequate, but did lack a few little things which is why we gave only 4 stars. However, we certainly managed to have some lovely meals there. We would definitely give this apartment a good recommendation and would be happy to stay there on a future visit. The people who run the property and our greeter,Paolo, were very nice and helpful!
Good location, lots of space and comfortable.
The apartment is in a great location - near Campo de'Fiori and within walking distance of many museums and sites within the city. It is on a quiet street - but near shops, cafes and bakeries. The apartment did have some maintenance issues, as pointed out in other reviews. For example, the hot water and water pressure in the shower was inconsistent and the water in the shower/tub combo never got hot enough to use. The oven doesn't work (but the gas burners all worked). The rental agency was friendly and helped arrange airport transport. They also were very responsive when we had an issue with the lock on the door to the apartment. Overall, it was a good stay - but you have to be willing to look past these issues.
Great Space and Location...but
This apartment is in a very central part of Rome and has 2 full bedrooms and baths along with a 3rd room that is used as an office. The issues we had were with the slow internet speed, no CNN, lose floorboards between master bedroom bath and master bedroom, the chaulking around the guest bathtub, the fluctuation of the water temperature in the master bathroom shower, the water spots near the window in the living room and a general "tired" feeling. A little elbow grease would go a long way. However, the interface we had with Wonder Where to Stay was fantastic.
Many thanks for your feedback.
We do understand your request to commit to higher standards and we believe that with a few small fixes this apartment is a wonderful place to be.
We hope to welcome you back soon and show you the improvements!
All the best from everyone here at wonderwheretostay
The property is quire distressed and perhaps appropriate for college parties.
Cut my stay short and returned to a local hotel.
I have photos available if interested in viewing (bathroom floors, dirt and grime baked into the furniture) owner was nice enough but apartment interior not of quality stay.
Thank you, Peter
Please accept our apologies for the unfortunate situation encountered.
We are really sorry for the apartment conditions at your arrival.
That morning, the guests who departed before your entrance left the apartment in an outrageous way, thing that luckily does not happen so often. Our cleaning lady was not prepared to that and we would have done something to make up for it with a bit of extra time.
We are working to avoid similar cases in the future and we renew our most sincere apologies.
Great place, excellent location.
Wonderfully property, close to testator restaurants, central to most sites, and very near the local markets. Small kitchen.
No need to say. The location is the most perfect you might find in Rome. Central and very close to Trastevere, one of the most local districts of the city where you will be able to enjoy the real Roman life. The apartment is located between the lively and colorful Campo de Fiori square and the magnificent Piazza Farnese and of course within walking distance from the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, the Pantheon and it is also very well connected to all the others point of interest thanks to the tram line 8 and many bus lines.
