This property was disgusting.
We stayed here for four weeks during September 2018. My husband and I booked this condo and stayed there for four weeks with my sister and her husband. This condo is definitely NOT beautiful, this statement couldn't be further from the truth. The smoke alarm had been painted over! The centre ceiling light in the main room which had a fan on didn't work, so just an awful lamp to use at nighttime. There wasn't any drawers etc. in the second bedroom to put clothes in. The first bedroom wasn't a room is was part of the living room so no privacy. The crockery was all mismatched and we ended up buying our own plates, cups, glasses and a kettle as we couldn't use the stuff in the condo it was SO VERY grimy. The toaster looked like it was decades old. There was burned food stuck on the baking tray and pizza tray in the oven. Bed linen wasn't professionally laundered. The wall behind the bed in the living room was completely covered in balls of dust which we had to clean ourselves. There was no bathroom door which was off the closet, the closet louvre doors wouldn't close, there were hinges where the bathroom door had previously hung. The condo had no privacy at all. This place is NOT suitable for more than 2 guests. When in bed one night a picture fell off the wall and hit my sister on the head! This place is a shambles and a joke and needs a REALLY good deep thorough cleaning before it's let out again, new bed linen and kitchen supplies. There are roadworks currently going on which went on for half of our stay, big noisy trucks reversing making loud sounds, and a water pump draining water outside the condo 24/7 for almost two weeks of our stay this was VERY loud and we couldn't sleep because of it. There were cockroaches crawling out from behind the fridge it was very unclean and we couldn't wait to leave. It spoiled our holiday and we would never rebook to stay here again.
Perfectly located and well maintained
This small appartment is very clean and offers a nice view either to the Intercoastal Waterway as well as to the Gulf of Mexico.
