Ski in and ski out condominium, fantastic! Maid service was wonderful, enjoyed every moment from checking in to checking out. Everything seemed to be in order and the Colorado scenery was amazing! Truly best trip of my life

After almost a decade of visiting Vail, the title of this review is what I’ve learned. This year our family was in a budget crunch for our annual Vail vacation so when we saw this condo we hopped on it. We stayed at All Seasons in another condo on our first trip to Vail so we knew the complex.

We arrived and the condo was musty as if it hadn't had occupants in a while. The upstairs has two sliding glass doors for the deck. One door had a note taped to it advising it was in the process of being replaced so we should not use it. The note implied it was a recent issue, but upon closer inspection one of the corners of the tape was torn off and the tape looked brittle as if it had been there for a while. The sheets in the bedrooms were musty and did not smell fresh at all. We washed our clothes later in the week and realized it may just be the washer and dryer so beware that your clothes will not smell fresh if you use the washer and dryer.

The second morning of our stay our child was using the upstairs shower. I walked in the downstairs bathroom and water was steadily streaming from the ceiling that was between the two bathrooms. We immediately turned off the shower and called the answering service. After over an hour no one called back so I called the management office. The man who answered was helpful and they had someone out later to address the issue. The issue was a broken part that took two days for them to fix so it essentially left us with one bathroom to use for our entire family. No one inspected the floor/ceiling between the two bathrooms so we did not feel comfortable using the upstairs bathroom even after the repairs were completed. The management office said they would call me after the service was completed so we could talk about any other issues. I am still waiting for my call from them and it's been three weeks since we left Vail.

The master bathroom downstairs was so outdated it's not funny with finishings that look early 80's at the very latest. The shower did not drain well and after about two minutes of the shower running you were standing in soapy, dirty water for the duration of the shower. The shower head leaked and sprayed water everywhere so you had to battle that while trying to shower.

The welcome packet advised we should call immediately with any issues so they could fix them. If we had done that it would have taken the entire length of our stay for them to fix all the issues that plague this condo.

Great location

  • 4 of 5

Great location, close to everything! Comfortable beds, great jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms, nice balcony. It was a bit dusty...we needed to open all the windows to air it out when we first got there. kitchen supplies need to be updated...mainly the teflon pans. Overall we had a great experience staying at this condo!
