Bring your family of up to 6 sleeping on beds, or 7 people if you include the high-quality sofa-bed in the living room. Non-smoking and no pets in unit.

This 2-BEDROOM, 2BATH condo is all you need. The master bedroom has a king bed and a newly renovated master bathroom. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and also has a newly renovated full bath. The living room has a very comfortable queen sofa bed.

Poorly maintained in good location

Pros: Close to centre of Lionshead. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Great views of the mountain.

Cons: Bedrooms ovetlook motorway which makes them noisy. Poorly maintained --

Broken (collapsed) bunk bed (reported on day 1 but never fixed); missing window blind in living/dining room. Too much and mismatched furniture. Constuction materials (tiles, window screens etc) and owner belongings in the limied closet space. Sliding master closet doors don't slide etc etc. This unit could - and might at one time - have been great but it's not currently.

For the price, we expected a better maintained unit with much more attention to detail.

Tip: Bring your own shower gel, shampoo etc. These are not provided.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was updated and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. The location was perfect, we walked to and from slopes with restaurants and shopping nearby as well. Vail village was a 15 min walk or a short bus ride away. . We would definitely stay here again. The management was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great condo in Lionshead Village, 70 yds from gondola

Condo is very well appointed - bathrooms are very nice, kitchen is wonderful. The building itself looks rather dingy on outside but inside everything has been updated. It's about a 70 yd walk to gondola/ski school. That 70 yds is a little long if you are in ski boots, lugging skis; there are 2 sets of stairs to negotiate. We rented our skis near gondola and walked over with our ski boots and it worked out great. The condo has 1 master bedroom; the other bedroom has 2 sets of bunks (so not optimal for 2 couples - geared towards families or larger groups).
