4 BR, 3.5BA - 3 minutes to town!

Our home is 3 minutes to downtown Breckenridge and all that the town and ski area have to offer. We sit about 500 feet above town and have views in our back from Peak 6 all the way to Buffalo Mountain in Silverthorne. Our home is extremely comfortable, and appointed very tastefully with different types of Mountain Decor.

This is a low circulation home. This home has been rented in the past 2-3x/year

It has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and over 1,000 square feet of deck.

Master BR: 1 king bed plus private bathroom plus the hot tub is directly outside bedroom

Original Master BR: 1 queen bed plus attached bathroom

Bedroom 3: Queen bed

Bedroom 4: twin bunk beds plus twin bed on trundle

Our home has an amazing set-up as you enter on the middle level of 3 levels.

The top level has a completely open floor plan with dining room, kitchen, a window seat, and a very large living room with two areas to relax and take in the private mountain views. There is a full size futon couch in the main living room

Our home also is great for families. We have kids toys, sleds, snowshoes, available.

Why John chose Breckenridge Heights

Our home is about 4,000 square feet, and close to everything. We live on a road that is a private dead-end and only about 15 houses past not a lot of traffic. We live across from hiking, running, mountain biking , and snowshoe trails (Barney Ford trail).

Let our home be your perfect mountain getaway.

Please have 4 wheel drive or you will be challenged by our road in the winter. We are in the middle of a hill and in winter time you will need 4wd...some other VRBO state that it is mandatory in winter...that is probably true if you are not used to driving in snow.

If the reservation shows a blocked day or two and you are interested...reach out as I may be able to unblock for you. Thanks!

So pleasant. What a great getaway! Truly relaxing

The home is very very open. It is extremely bright! What a cool set-up with the kitchen and living room and dining upstairs...with no bedrooms upstairs. Our grandkids had fun with some toys. Our daughter liked that the two main bedrooms were on opposite ends of the house.

The beds were unbelievably comfortable.

50% due at time of reservation including 50% of the damage deposit. The other 50% is then due 60 days prior to arrival.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
