Amazing property in an amazing location!

  • 5 of 5

We walked in the front door and immediately knew we picked the perfect vacation rental for our family. The house is gorgeous, well-appointed and beautifully decorated. There are so many extras and special touches that made this such a great place to stay. The kitchen is fabulous and had everything needed to make a great meal. The bedrooms are very comfortable and since we were traveling with our two teenage sons, we appreciated that the bedrooms were located on the first floor and the third floor for some separation. The main floor was a great place to hang out in the evenings to watch television and play games that were also provided. The hot tub is top-notch and the owner even delivered a bike for us to use. Lastly, the location is wonderful and we loved being one block off of Main Street and close to everything. We loved walking to the Blue Stag Saloon and Relish. We hope to come back soon. This place is definitely our first choice to stay in Breckenridge.

Superb location, spotless house, very comfortable

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed in Breck some 20 times over the years - always in winter to ski. This house is a real winner! We are a family of four (two 50-ish parents, two teens) and the house was the perfect size for us. Very quiet, absolutely spotlessly clean, super comfy beds. It was great to be at the end of town we love the most (quick walk to Breckenridge Brewery, Mi Casa, Fatty's, Angel's Hollow). We walked to the slopes the first day, but that was a bit much in the thin air of morning for us sea-level-livers. We took the free bus the following days (1.5 blocks from the house) which drops off and picks up right at Beaver Run base. The house itself is lovely! Very well appointed, great decor, super well-equipped kitchen, and the washer-dryer on the first floor is a god-send. One of the humidifiers was missing the plug for its tank - we called the property management and they delivered a new humidifier that afternoon! Huge supply of sheets and towels were very appreciated, as was the in-shower dispensers of bath gel/shampoo/conditioner. Also thoughtful was the supplied laundry detergent/softener sheets, plus dishwashing supplies, TP and paper towels. These items are not often included at VRBO rentals - so it was really great to have one less thing to buy at the local store. Nice selection of movies and games too. Owners are great communicators - very responsive. We will definitely be back next year.

Perfect fall trip with a ridiculously appointed house

  • 5 of 5

The location speaks for itself. It doesn't get any better. As for the house itself it is darn near perfect, they have thought of literally everything.

-The hot tub is top of the line

-The kitchen has everything (even spices and coffee filters and olive oil and condiments)

-Two growlers for Breck Brewery to fill and bring back

-Humidifiers in both the bed rooms (use these!)

-A professionally tuned TV to make it easy

-Decorated and renovated like someones home instead of a rental

-I could go on

Also, the owner is just super nice and easy to work with. Loved this spot and will stay again.

Moments made into Memories

  • 5 of 5

Wow, what a wonderful time we had. The home is awesome and very well located. We hiked, fished, rode bikes and shopped. Dining and shopping all in walking distance. We enjoyed leaving the windows open so we could enjoy that Colorado breeze. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch and grilled dinner some nights. The home has everything you need when away from home. We had so many moments that are now great memories. This place Rocks! Thanks! Scott, Mark, Gina & Kirsten.

Great Location and wonderful House!!!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great family vacation to Breckenridge!! We loved the house and it's location to main street. We have a 4 year old and she was great walking to Main Street and to the ski slopes. She loved all the toys and books in the house as well as the bunk beds in her room. Loved how close we were to the grocery store. I would recommend this place to anyone! I hope to come back again either in the summer or winter! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
