Bright, clean, spacious and complete with private balcony with outdoor table and chairs. The main living area is furnished with a leather 'L' shaped sofa, coffee table and TV unit with a large wall mounted flat-screen TV (including cable). Between the living room and kitchen is a good sized round dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is complete with a new gas stove oven and family sized fridge/freezer.

The master bedroom is pristine white with great storage space. The 2nd bedroom includes a comfortable single bed and ample storage space for the 3rd guest.

The bathroom includes a combo bathtub/shower, washing machine and smaller balcony area for drying.

Electricity is charged separately by the meter so guests only pay for what they use. We take the meter readings together on both your first and last day and you pay the standard Israeli rate of 0.7 Shekels per unit. This we collect in Shekels when you return the keys at check-out. We require a damage deposit on arrival. This can be provided as $500 cash or by verifying a credit card with a $1 transaction.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
