Balcony is a great spot to view Friday night fireworks during the summer. Living area, Kitchen, Dining, and 1/2 bath also located on second floor. Living area also opens to Balcony overlooking Padre Blvd to right and Beach view (partially blocked by beach front condos) to left. cable and WiFi throughout house. First floor has garage parking for your vehicle 1 bedroom with queen bed that opens to pool and shares Bathroom with 3rd Bedroom which has full bunk on bottom and twin on top. 3rd bedroom also has Xbox for those rainy days or when the kids are tired and the parents need some Hot Tub time. We chose to buy a home on the Island because we both love it here, it is where we met, and had our first date 21 years ago. there is something special when you cross the Causeway and you just feel all the stress leave you.

What makes this townhome unique

I knew this was the place the first time we saw it. I fell in love with the Plumelias in bloom. It was clean and the owners had lived there since they built it in 04. it was obvious that they had taken care of the place. The heated pool and Jacuzzi didn't hurt things either. The backyard is my favorite spot.

Nice place, hope we get a chance to come back again.

The description for this condo just does not do it justice. We were looking for something in a residential setting with 2 master suites for 2 couples who were going to share the unit (close to retirement age, no kids). This condo fits the situation perfectly with 2 master suites, each with their own full bathroom and queen beds. The pool and spa are awesome. The description also does not mention the fact that you have the pool to yourselves, it is not shared. And the pool is entirely enclosed with a privacy fence. We swam, played a lot of cards, cruised the boulevard and walked from store to store. If you are new to S. Padre Island, do not miss Clayton's Beach Bar, or Wanna Wanna Bar to get the full beach experience. Drive north on highway 100 for a ways out of town and beach access #2 or #4 are paved and for a $10 fee you can drive right on the beach for miles. No toting chairs, coolers, etc. Sit right outside your car and enjoy the surf.

We did have problems with the property manager. The owners are very nice and accommodating. However, when we tried to call the property manager, Sal, to arrange for our arrival we were never able to contact him. We got there and had to knock on neighbors doors, one of whom had the owners phone number and they were able to get us the code to get in. Not impressive. The queen bed in the lower suite has a broken box frame that creates a hole in the bed. Three adjoining slats were broken. We called the manager, he came out and looked at it and we never heard back from him the whole next week we were there. We had to scrounge boards out of the garage to bridge the broken slats to make the bed useable. The bed needs to be fixed. Some lights were not working in the entry area, we reported it, some were fixed, some were left inoperable. Our suggestion is to have the owner's phone number handy and deal directly with them.

Great location and place in South Padre Island!

What a great space right near the main attractions on the Island. Everything in the house matched the description on the house, and we were very pleased with the bedrooms and kitchen space. The property manager, Sal, showed up right on time to show us around the house and made sure we felt comfortable with the locks and pool equipment. I certainly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great stay in a great location near the beach! Enjoy!

Island Get Away, so Awesome

We had a Fabulous time on vacation here. It was very relaxing. Enough room for everyone, there were 7 of us and this listing is exactly like the pictures. We walked to almost everything.

We highly recommend the Dolphin watching boat ride, also go and visit the Sea Turtle Rescue Center.

We would also recommend the Palms Street Pier Restaurant and Bar, sunset dinners are Awesome. We met the owner and he is very nice and hospitable.

Management of this unit was very helpful. I will recommend this place to friends and family.

The only thing we noticed, since we cooked a lot was that the kitchen could use some dish washcloth and more dish towels, and some hot pads. Maybe a cookie sheet/ cake pan and a strainer.
