Paniolo Hale T-1 is a spacious two story plantation-style condo at the West End of Molokai. Situated high in the trees in the midst of Molokai’s premier condominium complex, it encompasses 1900 square feet, including two master suites, one upstairs, one down, each with its own private bath and access to a lanai. Newly painted, it has new furnishings, including a king-size bed in each bedroom, and all new kitchen appliances.

T-1 is a five-minute walk to one of Hawaii’s most spectacular, and largely undiscovered, beaches and two minutes on foot to the community pool. It is quiet, restful and the perfect place to discover the rich history of the Friendly Island or simply step off the world for a few days… or longer.

Gorgeous vacation rental!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this rental property. The space was open and airy and clean, the accommodations were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we could think to use and there were so many beach activities and walks to take nearby. Last but not least, the owner was very lovely to work with.

Paradise Vacation in Hawaii

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful house for 12 days in January of 2017. It is in an out-of-the-way location that gave us the seclusion and tranquility that we needed from our busy life. The photos although they describe the home beautifully and accurately do not do it justice in the way we felt at home. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The owner was more than helpful in providing any information we needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that needs a respite from their hectic life. We enjoyed the natural beauty of the area and also travelled into town for the Farmers Market on Saturday where local producers and artisans sold their wares. The island is very authentically Hawaiian and that's the beauty of it.

Sweet home Molokai!

We rented this house for 4 nights in July 2015 and we were delighted with our stay. The building is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to nices beaches for snorkling. The condo is very clean, spacious and very well equipped which allowed us to take most of our meals there and do our laundry. It is also pleasant to deal with Seeth whose main concern is that we have an enjoyable stay. For all of these reasons, we strongly recommend renting this unit.
