This was my first time!

  • 5 of 5

This was my first time using VRBO. And what an experience it was. In fact, for future travels I will check out VRBO before looking at hotels. The amount of comfort is priceless. While I tend to stay in nice hotels, they just don't provide the space we had while in Nashville. We look forward to returning to this music city soon and will definitely rent Cozy East Nashville!

Clean, perfect place for small pet

  • 5 of 5

My friend, me and my 2 small shitzu's came to Nashville to attend the Merle Haggard Tribute concert and rented this place for our 3 night stay. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the fenced in large backyard was perfect for my dogs.

The only drawback was the train noise. I stayed in the kingsize bed in the room on side of house that was further from the trains so they didn't bother me that much. My friend stayed in the room on the side of house closest to the tracks and said the train whistles did annoy her at times. But even tho that was the only drawback, I would definitely stay at this place again!

Nice house in a great location

  • 5 of 5

We spent 4 nights in the East Nashville home in March of 2016. The home was clean and well-situated for our needs. Our dog was welcome and there is a fenced yard where she could hang out. There is a good microbrewery and several restaurants within walking distance. We brought our bicycles and this was also a great place to start and end rides. We didn't need to move the car once we arrived. As other reviewers indicated, there is a train track within 200 feet that is well-traveled, perhaps 6 times per day. The horn and train are loud, but that was not a problem for us.

Cozy Home in Trendy East Nashville

  • 4 of 5

Very nice little home with a fenced in back yard. Close to a lot cool areas in the trendy east Nashville area. Home was clean with plenty of water pressure. Just know there is train traffic close and runs throughout the night (we got used to it). We used Uber to hit the Broadway areas (7-10 $) ten minutes. The only thing is the home could have used a toaster. Would recommend this property!

Cute house!

  • 4 of 5

It's a nice little house and worked out well for my husband and I and our two little dogs. The fenced yard was very nice for the dogs. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and not far from downtown activities. Very enjoyable and we would rent again.

Perfect for traveling with dogs

  • 4 of 5

Four adults, one child and small dogs stayed in this cottage. It was truly perfect with respect to space (2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen), affordability, 10 min drive to downtown, and icing on the cake was the big, completely fenced backyard. The next door neighbor was also very friendly and a comfort especially when you don't know who lives next door. We arrived at night and felt safe in the neighborhood. We found local restaurants (vegetarian and a Mexican) within a 3 minute drive from the house as well as a coffee shop. Small criticisms of the cottage was that the bathroom was a little small (but has a great storage closet) and the shower curtain had mold (not uncommon in a humid environment). I hope the owner will consider washing the curtain after every visit to stop mold from growing. Overall, the house was very clean. The train operated a few times a night but it was pretty neat to hear it coming. The conductor was always very respectful and only blared the train's horn prior to approaching the street and stopped quickly as to not awaken residents too much. If the train bothers you, the owner has kindly placed disposable ear plugs in the kitchen cabinet. I highly recommend staying in this cottage :)
