About the property

Cisco - Just out of Town

4 Bedroom house with 4.5 bath that comfortably sleeps 8. We have nice yard tucked in the back of a quiet cul-de-sac, dog friendly neighborhood, conveniently located on the bike path from the back of our house. We are a 5 minute walk to public transportation and a quick $9 cab ride home from town. (Rates go up at night) Apple TV, new kitchen, Wifi, cable TV are all included.

The house is a short ride to Fat Ladies' Beach, Cisco Beach, Miacomet Golf Course, Bartlett's Farm and our personal favorite, Cisco Brewery.

We are located in the very quiet and family orientated Pine Valley. We are tucked away in the very back on a small cul-de-sac. There are many walking and biking trails around the house. Using Google Maps will give you a good idea of the location.

About Michael Sullivan

What a spot for a great island getaway! My wife and I live with our twin 6 year olds and our faithful dog, Luna in this house. We have been on the island for the past 20 years and we are always glad to answer any questions about your vacation.

Michael Sullivan purchased this house in 2010

Why Michael Sullivan chose Massachusetts

Just out of town, this is the best location on the island in our opinion. No busy rotary in your life, minutes from Miacomet Golf Course, Bartlett's Farm, Ladies' Beach and most importantly, Cisco Brewery! The bus stop is a quick walk from the house and a bike path is right out the back door.

This house was completely renovated in 2012.

What makes this house unique

Pine Valley is a family friendly location with very little traffic, wide streets and sidewalks. This property is tucked away in the back on a cul-de-sac with miles of walking trails steps away. Great to dog walkers and bike lovers!

Great house, awesome yard, perfect location to everything on ACK.

  • 5 of 5

This house was a great place for us, the grandparents (2) and our kids to stay at (2). The property is clean, with beach decor and lots of cute added touches. It is a few minute bike ride to Surfside path. Its a 7 minute drive to Cisco Brewery, Bartlett Farms and Ladies Beach and 169 Seafood. In the other direction, its a 3 minute drive to Stop n Shop for groceries. Near enough to town yet far enough away to be quiet in a residential area with paved roads and easy for first time young bike riders because there isn't any thru-traffic. Books to read, cable service with all the channels but one TV in the main space so you have to be okay with your dad watching Fox news all day. The house has no AC, however, Nantucket is very chilly at night and there is usually a cross breeze during the day so we had the windows open. For us the yard was the best part of the house. We spent hours outside playing baseball, kickball and anything else with a ball after a day at the beach. I would recommend this home for a vacation stay and hope to return again!

Love this house!

  • 5 of 5

This is our third time staying at 4 Reacher Lane...The house has a really nice layout with plenty of room and 4 + bathrooms. It is in a great location in a really nice neighborhood...close to the Cisco Brewery which is our favorite place to go! It's not too far from town, beaches and the Miacomet Golf club. Our dog loves it there as well...we would highly recommend this place!

Perfect ACK house!

  • 5 of 5

Mike's house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Close enough to bike to town and the best beaches (and Cisco Brewery), but quiet and with a large yard for the dog and for us (perfect yard for Frisbee & Wiffle Ball!) The house was clean and large, and nicely decorated, perfect for a few couples (and it would be great for kids, too). We never felt crowded. There were 1 million awesome beach towels for us to use, plus plently of dishes, books, linens, etc, even some beer. Loved the upstairs washer and dryer, too! We would definitely re-book this property again for a week in ACK. Thanks for having us, we'll be back!

Great Vacation Home!

  • 5 of 5

Great home for families. Clean home in great family friendly neighborhood. Centrally located to beaches, town and shopping. Loved that we could bring our dog, who loved the large fenced in yard. We had a great vacation and Mike and Jenn could not be nicer hosts!
