REMODELED/ LIKE NEW: Located at the Tidewater Condominiums, welcome to our beautifully remodeled 2nd floor (actually 3 stories up) 2BR/2BA condo gulf front unit with fantastic views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass. Our unit is freshly painted with all new furniture and bedding, new stainless appliances in the kitchen, new washer/dryer, and new flooring throughout. You will especially enjoy our new custom walk-in extra large shower in the master bathroom. Our unit can sleep up to six with a new King Bed in the Master bedroom, new Queen Bed in the guest bedroom and a new sleeper sofa in the living area. Our outstanding view of the Gulf and Perdido Pass (not to mention the sunsets) from our balcony offer one-of-a kind beauty and relaxation. Being on the 2nd floor (actually 3 stories up), you are high enough for privacy but not so high as to feel disconnected from your surroundings. New flat screen TV’s can be found in the living area and each bedroom. Our unit also has a new full size washer/dryer. Our unit has free WiFi for you use during your stay.

Tidewater is a smaller gulf front complex in a great location that offers guest elbow room. It features gated parking, a huge outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, a fitness center facing the Gulf, a sauna, and a grilling/picnic area all within nicely landscaped surroundings. Tidewater is located about a 1/2 mile west of Perdido Pass Bridge within a stone’s throw of great restaurants, marinas and shops.

We also offer a 4th floor unit at the Caribe Resort on the east side of the Perdido Pass Bridge. Our west facing Caribe unit provides outstanding views of Perdido Bay, Perdido Pass, and the gulf (not to mention the sunsets) from our huge balcony. The extensive dunes and wide beach make for a beautiful and more natural setting than most properties in the area. The pool is lovely with palm trees surrounding the pool deck. Very convenient location. Would stay here again!

Very clean

Maintenance was very present and the property was I clean. Parking lot could use a coat of blacktop as it is crumbling. I am handicap and it was tricky walking with my cane to the car. Could use another handicap parking spot as I only could park in the handicap spots four times in. The month long stay.

Beachview Balcony offers Beautiful Ocean Sunsets

Conveniently located on the 2nd floor, we found this two-bedroom, 2 bath condo to be cozy for our party of three. The well-provisioned kitchen had everything but coffee filters, but that was an easy fix from the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market about a mile and a half down Perdido Beach Blvd. The remodeling looks great, especially the walk-in two- person shower in the master bedroom. Immaculately clean. Updated decor. Spacious balcony with table and chairs offering both sunrise and sunset views (at least in November). We often saw dolphins playing just beyond the surf. Indoor heated pool and hot tub are great for cool weather visits. Close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Rotolo's Pizzeria near the Publix Supermarket about a mile away. As avid cyclers, we enjoyed the nearby Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail...with more than 15 miles of asphalt paths thru coastal marshes and scrub pine forests in Gulf State Park. We would book this place again with no hesitation.

Very pleased with property

First time using VRBO and it was a good experience. Condo was very nice and beach was very close, not much of a walk at all. The only thing I would mention is some of the bath linens could be updated (a few thread bare wash cloths). We would rent this condo again!

Great condo in a great location!

Stayed here a week and loved it! The view is beautiful, entrance to the balcony from both the living room and bedroom! All appliances are fairly new and nice. Cookware and dishes are plentiful.The pictures hold true to what you should expect. Condo is in a great location. Beach front, but right across the street from the shrimp basket and close to a Walmart! Would definitely stay here again!
