Regency Isle is one of the most requested condominiums on Alabama's Gulf Coast. Our 12th floor penthouse offers unobstructed views of sand and surf. Watch dolphins frolic in the surf as pelicans and seagulls fly beneath you. The condo is located 1.7 miles east of Perdido Pass just 0.4 of a mile from the Florida state line. It is beautifully furnished with tile floors throughout. Warm weather in the 60's or above can be expected from late February until December.

World class golf courses are just miles away in Alabama and Florida. Deep sea and Perdido Bay fishing charters are only 3 miles away. You want zoos, water slides, parasailing, surfing, biking, shelling, and jet skiing? It's all nearby. In inclement weather, enjoy our indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and exercise rooms.

Fine dining is just minutes away or you can grill your own on our gas grills under the covered pavilion adjacent to the outdoor pool. Tanger/Riviera Mall stores in Foley offer discount shopping for the bargain seeker.

Our three elevators prevent delays going to and from the pool or beach. Our unit's two covered parking spaces are adjacent to the elevator, our condo just two doors from the elevator. Carts are available to aid in transporting luggage to and from the rooms.

What a fabulous place! Centrally located, right on the beach and fabulous views! The condo is beautiful and perfect for a beach stay. The amenities are great and the beach is gorgeous. Couldn't have been a better more relaxing trip!

Amazing views and well cared for condo

We had a great time. Easy access to the beach and pools. Great views and we loved dolphin watching in the mornings. Any issues that came up were quickly addressed. My husband enjoyed grilling out. The beach attendant was awesome. Our grandson said " best vacation ever". Lots of room for all in our first family vacation in years.

Work has been very busy lately I desperately needed a vacation and this was the perfect quiet time of year to enjoy this condo on the beach. Great access to pool and beach. fast elevator from 12th floor, easy to park and you can walk to FlorBama!! Great area to BBQ and also great restaurants nearby too.

Wonderful Condo with a great View!!!

My family and I stayed here for almost a week and had the best time. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. It has great high ceilings, is very spacious and comfortable beds. The first thing you see when walking in is the amazing ocean view from the huge picture window. We ate breakfast out on the balcony every morning, listening to the waves crash and taking in the amazing view. The beach is kept very well and the weather was amazing for October. We enjoyed cooking some of the fish we caught in the covered grilling area next to the pool. The owner is quick to respond and is very accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to everyone! Can't wait to go back here!

Let me say first, THANK YOU to the entire staff of Regency Isle. We were treated so WOUNDERFULLY!!!! Also my thanks to the guys on the beach working the chairs and umbrellas. They were all extremely attentive to our every whim. WOW!!!!!!! Way over and beyond our expectations.

The condo itself was absolutely perfect. We felt like we were outside on the inside. LOVED the picture window that overlooked the ocean. The porch was also perfect. I was amazed at the size of the Condo. We could not have asked for a better place. Every thing we needed was there. The outside grounds were also GREAT. Every thing was clean and very WELL maintained.

This was the first vacation we have taken as a FAMILY in years & We all had a VERY SPECIAL TIME. We have not been to the beach with our children since they were small and who are now 18 & 22 yrs. We also enjoyed being within walking distance to Flora Bama.

We will be very HESITANT to stay else where on Orange Beach.

One more thing that SUPRISED us. The seaweed was cleaned off every day on the beach. We noticed that was not being done at the places beside us. Like I said over and beyond.

A great palce to spend 6 weeks from the northern part of the USA

This is the 2nd year that we have rented this condo and we enjoyed it as much as we did last year. It was kind of fun to see what changes had taken place with the new owners. Fun to see the articles around acknowledging the beach. The weather was probably the best for us in the four years that we have been at Regency Isles. In fact, shortly after we arrived, we reserved it again for the same time next year. Mike is very easy to work with and has always gotten back to me when ever I had questions. As mentioned by others, the kitchen is very well stocked if folks like to cook at home, which is what we do a lot when we are at Regency Isles. The grills are always clean and easy to work. This place certainly has our liking. Looking forward to our visit next year.
