We specialize in providing furnished and non-furnished housing in Fayette, Clayton, and Fulton counties and currently serve various clients working and vacationing in the Atlanta Metro area. We are also the largest furnished housing provider around the Atlanta Pinewood Studios serving several past and current clients working at the Studios.

Old Chapel is a beautiful renovated and fully furnished 1583 sq ft ranch style home, located in a quiet neighborhood in Fayetteville GA. This property is just 2.8 miles (5 min) to the Atlanta Pinewood Studios, 30 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and only 37 minutes south of Downtown Atlanta, where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, Georgia Tech, the World of Coca Cola, the Georgia Dome, and in close proximity many local attractions (i.e. Six Flags Over Georgia).

This is a 3 Bedroom (3 Beds) home with 2 Bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, and a 2-car Garage. It also has a nice private backyard including a patio with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ grill. This property sleeps 6 people.

All Bathrooms include soap and shampoo, and the Kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, silverware and kitchen appliances (microwave, coffee maker/ tea pot). There are comfortable couches, dining table & chairs, and more and it comes with a fireplace. There are 2 TVs (1 in Living Room, 1 in Master Bedroom) with Cable, a DVR, and a DVD player in the Living Room.

Please note that rates include all Utilities and Property Services (Water, Power, Gas, Sewer, Trash Service, Cable TV, High Speed Internet, Landscaping, and Pool/Hot Tub Service (if applicable), an estimated value of $400 - $600 per month).

Please note that pets are strictly not allowed for reservations of less than 30 nights. Pets can get authorized for reservations of 30 nights or more with explicit approval by the Management Company in writing prior to arrival; a Pet Fee of $200/pet as well as a higher Refundable Damage Deposit, some verification and additional acceptance of our Pet Rules are required.

My husband and I have being renting Old Chapel Lane for 6 weeks and so far we love the property. The house was freshly renovated with new bath, carpets and paint work and all new kitchen appliances and washer and dryer were installed. The management company give us a choice of 3 bedroom sets and sofas to pick from. They were also very helpful in setting up the house specifically to our needs. Not needing 3 finished bedrooms, they set one up as an office with a sofa bed and the other as a gym for us. They were also happy to reimburse me for smaller items I purchased for the property. Every question or problem we have had has being dealt with in a very quick and professional manner.



The property itself is only 5 minutes drive from the studios and is set in a very quiet peaceful area of Fayetteville. The fully furnished, individual properties offered by this company are a great, private alternative to the apartments/townhouses in village communities in nearby Peachtree City.

Accomodating and Affordable!

The property provided top notch accommodations for my family of four during our corporate relocation to Atlanta. The house is fully furnished, including a well stocked kitchen, comfortable mattresses, large laundry/mud room, and plenty of storage. We stayed in the property for two months. All of the expected amenities were well maintained and in working condition. The wifi and cable met our needs with ease. We brought our Apple TV and streamed Netflix without any problem. I think we re-set the router once.

I called the property manager to inquiry about garage door openers. They were fast, pleasant, and brought us new openers without question.

An unexpected perk of the property was the large, flat, yard and driveway on a quiet street. My two boys loved riding their bicycles and climbing the trees.

We researched multiple corporate relocation housing options before selecting this property. By far, this was the most affordable and accommodating place available in the Atlanta area.

Old Chapel Road

The house was very nice. Neema was very accommodating. The only issues we had, were a lack of television service and the internet connection was a bit sketchy. Other than that, the house was clean comfortable and well equipped. My recommendation would be to fix the TV and Internet service and it would be perfect.
