Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
The location was awesome and the place could be beautiful it just seemed like it was under construction and not very well cared fo
We enjoyed our stay and felt like it was a good and safe location.
This is a fantastic vacation condo! Steps from the sand. Love the views and close proximity to shops and dining. Parking is tricky as garage door is very narrow. Parking at the jetty lot is just a 1 minute walk.
The view and location made this a wonderful place for the weekend. It is definitely out of date and not very well maintained. The garage door was not working so we just had to pull it up after struggling with it for some time. There is an obvious leak in the kitchen water filtration that required emptying a bowl several times per day.
On our first night we had a woman standing on the 3rd floor master bedroom balcony knocking on our door. Of course this isn't the property owner's fault, but is a concern for the area. She was harmless, but startling none the less. The apartment has dark brown thick carpet which is very strange for a beach side location too.
There was plenty of space, linens and nice living space. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and people watching the boardwalk made it well worth it.
The location was nice. Right off the beach. The condo itself was nice. Dated and the kitchen was virtually useless. The real problem was that if it rains at all they tarp the entire side of the house. Not only is the view blocked but the noise from the wind makes the master bedroom unusable. I had to sleep on the couch or in the guest bedroom.
