Recently renovated and elegantly furnished, this apartment, in an historical Venetian palace with the tipycal wide windows . It's composed by two double rooms and a single sofa bed. The living room is spacious and bright and includes a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower. The apartment is situated in the historical heart of the city a few steps away from San Polo square. In the proximity a supermarket and a pizza place and all you may need during your stay.

Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes. Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage in der Nähe von einer Vaporetto Station und einem gut sortierten Supermarkt. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gute Restaurants.

Schöne Wohnung im ruhigeren und von TouristInnen weniger besuchten Stadtteil Santa Croce. Gehzeit zum Bahnhof 15 Minuten, zum Rialto 15 Minuten, zur Piazza San Marco etwa 25 Minuten.Der Wohnungsbesitzer ist hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt mit ihm erfolgte online. Die Verwalterin reagiert langsam.Die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt, die Betten, Hand- und Badetücher benutzt, das Geschirr schmutzig. Die Reinigungsperson hat die Reinigung «vergessen». Sie konnte erst am Samstag kommen. Der Wohnungsbesitzer hat uns die Kosten für die erste Nacht erlassen. Im gegenüberliegenden Haus befindet sich eine Szene-Bar. Dort ist es von ca. 17 Uhr bis mindestens 23 Uhr sehr laut. Mit geöffneten Fenstern und Läden zu schlafen ist nicht möglich.Zustand der übrigen Wohnung bei unserem Besuch: Duschkabine innen und aussen entlang dem Rand der Wanne schimmelig, verkalkt und schmutzig, die Dichtungen sind undicht und Wasser rinnt heraus. In der Küche lösen sich zahlreiche Beschichtungen der Schranktüren und stehen ab. Die Bezüge der Sitzmöbel beginnen speckig zu werden.

Flat was in a great location near a lively, untouristy square. Note that you will need to carry suitcases not only up the one flight of steps to the flat but also over at least two bridges on the way to the flat. Restaurant next door was noticeably noisy but quieted down by 10pm. Flat was well appointed and comfortable.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was a good location easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of room for our family of 4 including daughters. The apartment is across from a bar/restaurant so it was noisy in the evening until midnight. At midnight, the customers leave and it is quiet. The crowd at the bar/restaurant was respectful and not a problem to walk through them to get into the apartment. Just a bit loud for a few hours when we wanted to rest.

Nous aimons beaucoup cet appartement simple, agréable et très bien situé dans un quartier central, relativement épargné par le tourisme. Et nous sommes heureux d’y retourner. Nombreux restaurants à proximité bons et raisonnables en terme de prix. Le marché du Rialto non loin de l’appartement permet un approvisionnement en produits frais de qualité. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse

Good spot in a nice non touristy area

Near a Campo with lots of locals, several good restaurants, gelato, grocery store. As mentioned in some reviews, lots of noise at night from the bar next door. Only 11 minute walk to train station, 5 minute walk to Vaporetto (water bus)

Great location. Lots of space

Great location. Can walk basically anywhere on either side of grand canal! Kitchen equipped nicely, although we did not use it. Close to a few nice restaurants and a bakery, grocery store. I was stressed about access and was kindly sent photos with step by step instructions. The beds and bedding could be nicer, but were adequate. Something to note that was not in the info is that there is a very noisy bar right across the walkway, and patrons spill out in sidewalk, smoking and drinking. It can be loud but it stops pretty close to 11 pm every night, so it was not a problem for us. And the patrons were friendly. However, if you have little ones, it might be an issue. Having the washer was convenient. No dryer but there was a drying rack. All in all it was a good stop. It could be fabulous with just a couple changes.

True local Venice vibe

We liked the are in a residential non-tourist part of town. 2 Restaurants on the narrow street just below our windows were noisy till 11:00 pm but sounded like fun. Easy access walking to everything. Nice central location for getting the vibe of Venice without the tourist hype.

The apartment itself was nice and comfortable, but there were a few drawbacks. The washing machine doesn’t have a drying function, which was inconvenient. The biggest issue, however, was the noise — every evening from around 6 PM to 11 PM, people gathered right outside the entrance, drinking and talking loudly due to the bar across the building. It made it very difficult to for the kids to sleep before 11PM.

Très bon emplacement, logement passable

Le logement est très bien situé, en plein centre de Venise. Il est idéal pour un couple, les lits d’appoint étant petits et placés l’un à côté de l’autre contre un mur. Le troisième lit d’appoint, pliant, est moins confortable (une latte était cassée) mais adapté à un enfant. Le logement est bien équipé pour cuisiner ou laver le linge. La salle de bain, à défaut d’être confortable, est longue (!). La communication avec Irene était parfaite. Très aimable et réactive. Seul point négatif: l’appartement était très poussiéreux à notre arrivée. Je ne sais pas si le ménage avait été fait mais j’ai rarement vu une location aussi poussiéreuse.

Tutto discretamente bene. Buona la comunicazione con la persona che gestiva l’immobile per conto del proprietario. La pulizia non molto bene. L’arredamento e il bagno da rivedere. Locale chiassoso davanti allo stabile che da decisamente fastidio con vociare ininterrottamente dalle 20 alle 23. Grazie al cielo i buoni infissi hanno attutito il rumore. La posizione abbastanza buona e ben servita da ristoranti market e bar…

Venice Stay

Very cute apartment. It had everything we needed. Large kitchen that is very well stocked if you wanted to dine in. Nice large living area to gather in. Excellent restaurant across the street. We would recomend booking here.

The property exceeded our expectations.

This isn't your typical budget rental. The owner has exquisite taste, and the apartment is beautifully renovated. It features wooden floors, huge windows, and stylish high ceilings. Since we are a family of five with young children spending a week in Venice, we needed to have all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a functioning shower. We were pleased to find that they were all working well. The property manager was very responsive, and we really appreciated the opportunity to have an early check-in and a late check-out. One slight downside was the cigarette smoke near the building entrance (a popular cafe is right in front of it). However, this apartment is still a gem, and all the pros outweigh this small con.
