Great location and amenities
We've stayed at Canopy Walk before and really like the development quiet and relaxing community. Enjoyed morning coffee overlooking pond. Adequate pool and gym area, teen friendly with great walking/biking trails easy to access beach areas, restaurants and shopping. This unit is in good condition and could use a few things to bring up to a great 5 star unit.
King bed is in secondary room...not master suite. All mattresses are in need of being replaced. King and twins were very very hard and Queen bed in master suite is well past it's life span, too soft and sagging. Bath towels are in need of being replaced and only 4 face/body wash cloths in property is insufficient for a property that is available for up to 6 guests (we purchased wash clothes and left 6 additional for future guests).
Clothes washing machine stopped working in mid-cycle and had an electrical smell. Maintenance was very responsive although said it was 'normal'. Dishwasher is super loud. Suggest replacing clothes washer, dishwasher and kitchen frying pans.
Will likely return to Canopy Walk in upcoming years.
Condo was clean, spacious ,and adequately furnished. The amenities were great. Pleasant and quiet location bordering the Intracostal Waterway. Great walking. and biking trails. The only criticism we had as a family were that all the beds had uncomfortable mattresses. The guest bedrooms had mattresses that were very hard; the master had a mattress that you sunk into. Good thing was that the condo was a five minute ride to the beach over the bridge in Palm Coast.
I rented this Condo for family coming in for a wedding so I did not actually stay here. However, the family members that did said it was great and they had everything they needed. Unfortunately, there was not a lot of time to enjoy all of the amenities but they indicated the pool area was nice.
Very nice and clean!
Property was quite and well kept!
Overall very nice, we would rent again.
Very nice facility. Spacious and quiet, 6 miles to where we went to the beach. As far as location, I didn't love paying a $2 toll every time we went back to A1A but it was a nice location and many close conveniences.
The condo itself was spacious and clean. Downsides: the pool splash pad was closed for repairs. That happens but my kids were looking forward to it.
Guest bed mattress and twin mattresses were as hard as rocks. Literally the hardest, most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on in my life. Guest bath tub was clogged which was kind of gross. Master was nice and comfortable there, but we let our friends have the master so no good for us lol!
I read other reviews about it being a bad place for kids. It was clearly a more adult geared community but we had zero issues with my 2 and 12 year old. Other folks we spoke to were all kind and polite, both in community and at pool.
I'd stay again - but just not sleep in the guest bedroom!
