From the perfect weather, to the eat off the floor clean home, we had a wonderful time in SPI and the house was more then we ever imagined. I was a little nervous using a management company over the internet, but the entire transaction and details were so smooth and easy, I am so glad I found you. The house was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not show just how large and beautiful the home is. Everyone we met was warm and very friendly. The pool/yard personnel keep everything in perfect condition. They were very helpful also, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Bill and Michael are excellent hosts and Very nice people. They are gracious and has a wealth of knowledge about the island. We look forward to staying at their rental again and have already booked the Beach Walk house for Sept 6-13 with them again. Carmela and I wanted to write you and say a million “thank yous -Bless you and thank you a million times for making our vacation the most memorable ever. We can not tell you how pleased we were right from the very beginning and for anyone who may read this review and think I’m exaggerating… I’m truly not.

Excellent choice for family vacation

Our family of four (two adults, kids age 8 and 14) loved this rental! The decor is bright and cheery, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and there is a full sized washer and dryer in the garage. Of course the favorite feature was the private pool and hot tub out back. The backyard is set up nicely with Adirondack chairs and a table set, and there is a gas grill available for use. The pool was the perfect temperature, and was well maintained. It's small, but perfect for floating in and relaxing. The walk to the beach is not too bad; maybe 5 minutes with kids? The management company was excellent; I've rented vacation homes around the world, and I found this to be one of the most professional and responsive companies that I have dealt with. There are great restaurants within a few minutes drive from this home. It is really a great, central location. I think 4-6 people for this house is probably optimal, based on its size.

Clean, functional and well equipped

I can't even recall what it cost, but it was worth it. It's an older place, but well cared for. SPI Real-estate Propery management was johnny on the spot with any little problem we had. Couldn't figure out the TV controller, they sent a guy out in 10 minutes. You won't be disappointed.

Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable and Management was friendly and helpful

This was our first experience with renting and staying at a rental house and it was a pleasure.

We had good assistance from the rental agency as well as quick responses from the owner for some questions we posed.

The location was very convenient and the interior layout was comfortable. The house was well maintained and we experienced no issues during our stay.

The Rental management folks were pleasant and well organized and we were provided with all of the information about the house, the amenities, and their requirements.

We would certainly stay at this house (or one from this owner) as well as work through the management company for our next vacation at a rental property.

The property and the offerings were as described and were great.

Very pleased

We were very pleased with the property. Everything was as advertised. The property was clean and well maintained. All appliances, pool, plumbing, etc., worked. The rental staff at SPI were excellent before, during, and after our stay. And the owner was very friendly during initial conversations as well. I would stay here again for sure.
