Clear View House is a charming Victorian residence in the heart of the Breckenridge Historic District. The location is fantastic. The house is just 4 blocks from Main Street which is an easy walk to everything, including the local Speakeasy Movie Theater, the Breckenridge Arts Center, Carter Park (known for its gatherings of local people and their dogs), and all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Ridge and Main Streets. There is free bus service to the ski slopes with the nearest stop just 2 1/2 blocks away on French Street.

Antique accents and original art enhance the attractive, sun-filled decor. Two gas fireplaces and individual room thermostats ensure your comfort. There are large closets and dressers for stowing your gear.

The main floor of the home contains the kitchen, dining area, living room, powder room, and laundry.

The lower level 'Skier's Suite' features a family room, bedroom with king-size bed, and full bathroom...JUST ADDED FOR THIS SEASON, A STEAM SHOWER

Upstairs has the master bedroom and bath, two additional bedrooms, and one full hall bathroom.

We, Mary Lou Johns and John Rynes, are the owners of this home. We use it ourselves about five months of the year. We love our home and we love sharing it with visitors.

Our mission is to provide you with attractive, functional, and affordable housing for your vacation in Breckenridge. We want you to enjoy the house so much that you will return every year!

Clear View House is in 'THE HISTORIC DISTRICT', located at 111 North High Street.It is our own private home! When we are not using it, because we travel a lot and because we go to see our kids and grand kids, we love to share it with others. And you can get in on the opportunity we offer.

Clear View House is a charming Victorian residence in the heart of the Breckenridge Historic District. The location is fantastic. The house is just 4 blocks from Main Street which is an easy walk to everything, including the local Speakeasy Movie Theater, the Breckenridge Arts Center, Carter Park (known for its gatherings of local people and their dogs), and all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Ridge and Main Streets.

There is free bus service to the ski slopes and to the center of town with the nearest stop just 2 blocks away. This is the 'Breckenridge Blue Bus Route' on French Street. The bus runs between Peaks 9 and the new gondola in both directions with four stops every hour. Thus you have eight opportunities every hour from about 7:00 am. The ride to the slopes varies and is about 10 to 15 minutes.

Undoubtedly the"Best Family Vacation Home" in Breckenridge, Colorado....Great Skiing, Outstanding Restaurants, Tons of things for the kids and grandparents to do. Plus...most lovely home in town.
