Recently remodeled and refurnished from the ground up. Everything is fresh, new, clean, and modern. This one bedroom apartment sleeps 2 people. It has a King bed in the bedroom with a wall mounted flat screen TV, split AC, glass sliding doors that open to the large covered lanai and grassy back yard. There is also a living area with couch and coffee table, kitchenette with full size refrigerator and hot plate for light cooking. A microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, and all cooking and eating dishes and utensils make the kitchen great for light cooking. The bathroom has a walk in shower, and all beach and bath towels are provided. The apartment has cool ceramic tile and is decorated with crisp, clean white decor and large original prints of local scenic spots.

The apartment has its own parking, private entrance, and the large covered lanai backs onto a grassy yard.

With beautiful Kailua Beach 700 yards away, you can easily walk there in approximately 5 minutes. We provide boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler for fun at the beach, and we have an outdoor shower to rinse off extra salt and sand when you get home.

If you want to explore the island, this is a very convenient, central location to do it from. Waikiki, Ala Moana shopping center, Pearl Harbor, the swap meet, and Honolulu are all about 25 minutes away to the South. The North Shore is about 45 minutes away, and Ko Olina and the West side are also about 45 minutes away. Or, if you want to check out the beaches closer to home on the East side, they're all just a short drive. Lanikai Beach is less than 10 minutes away, Waimanalo Beach is about 15-20 minutes away, and of course, Kailua Beach is just a few minutes walk.

Situated down a long drive on a quiet side street, the house is private and peaceful. Landscaped with lush tropical plants and flowers, and a huge grassy lawn, this is a place you can truly relax and unwind, and really experience the laid back local lifestyle.

This property has been designed with your comfort in mind and a lot of attention to extra details. Because it has just been completely remodeled. and refurnished, everything is new, in good condition, and good quality. Plus the design and decoration is fresh and modern. Good quality, comfortable beds, with 100% cotton sheets and bedding provided for extra special comfort. Brand new, whisper quiet splitl AC in the bedroom. All new appliances and refrigator in the kitchen.

The apartment has large, white, ceramic tiles throughout, and combined with the all-white decor with tropical blue and green accents, it combines for a very clean, spacious, and classy look. Gorgeous, large, colorful canvas prints of local scenics complete the decor.

There's a wall mounted, flat screen TV in the bedroom and the living area. Recessed LED lighting throughout, and the bathroom has built-in LED night lights. In addition to all the above features and amenities the house is meticulously clean, and well maintained and cared for.

Perfect family vacation home!

We had my family and my brothers family together in the house and guest home and it was wonderful! The place is impeccable and the yard is perfect for relaxing or playing. Combined with the big house and pool- you never want to leave!

Best Little Kailua Apartment

This is a great little apartment. Perfect for 2 people. Everything needed was provided by the owner... Comfortable Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and cooler for trips to the beach which is very close. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for light cooking. Nice table on patio overlooking large well kept yard with beautiful plumeria trees. Shared with main house but separated by a hedge giving you and them complete privacy. The attached main house was also beautiful with large pool and we are considering renting whole property with friends next visit. Everything was SUPER CLEAN. Keep in mind the driveway for apartment is very narrow and our small Audi Q3 suv was about the max size to fit. If you get a large SUV you will regret it. Only Con was the renters in main house master bedroom that shared common wall with apartment bedroom weren't very considerate at night and I definitely heard them banging around late on multiple nights. Bring ear plugs just in case. This is by no means the owners fault... and we would stay here again without hesitation. You won't find a nicer place for the money. Very nice and quiet neighborhood!

Privacy near the beach

My husband and I rented this apartment and the attached house for our family of 7 adults in December 2017. We stayed in this space, it was very comfortable and clean. We had space to get away to ourselves and join the family in the house by the pool. Short walk to the beach and all the amenities for beach you will need, chars, towels, boogie boards, wagon. Loved it!!

We would stay here again!

Lovely community, close to everything and in driving distance no more than 30 mins to all attractions, beach within walking distance. Cottage had all amenities and was very pretty. Two flat screens and comfy couch. Would do it again!

Ideal Vacation Rental

This was our second stay at this vacation rental. We like its location and the very quiet neighborhood. The place has been renovated and has a tasteful, modern decor.

We loved having a separate bedroom and kitchen with a full-size frig for all our island foods. The rental was clean and had well- supplied. We hope to stay there again.
