It's very comfortable, quiet and it's a good deal for those who has tight budget. Clean and organized. 👍? I suggest to put mirror to other rooms.

Spacious and close to university and C-Train

This basement apartment is relatively spacious, with the added benefit of access to a sunny garden in a quiet neighbourhood. It is really convenient for visitors to Calgary University (10 minutes walk) but also anyone who needs to go downtown, as the C-Train is only 5 minutes away. Supermarket is about 15 minutes walk, or easily accessible via train. The kitchen would benefit from some updating, but is completely functional as it is. We would stay here again.

Great location! Enough space for a family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 children!!!

This is the first time we have used VRBO and we are very impressed. Our accommodation was clean, comfortable, and the location is convenient for any place you want to go while visiting Calgary. Twenty minutes from the airport, twenty minute drive to South Calgary, twelve minutes to the city, five minutes to Market Mall, five minutes to the grocery store, and fifteen minute walk to the LRT. Kitchen was adequate, nice rainfall type shower, comfortable beds for the most part. Owner was very pleasant and accommodating. Price was super reasonable for the value that you got. Only suggestion I have is getting a new queen bed for master bedroom. The bed sinks in the middle and makes it difficult for two adults to sleep comfortably. Would stay here again when traveling to Calgary.
