Why Aldo chose Nora
The exclusive context of a 3.7 acre private park includes ours and other three gorgeous villas, in the middle of the renowned Baia di Nora. Surrounded by its private 27000 s.f. garden, with lawn, plants and tall trees, the villa is ideal for those who love a seaside holiday in the name of privacy and recreation.

I went to this beautiful house for a week holiday with my 8 y.o. daughter.
It was perfect : quiet, clean, spacious, and every bit as described.
Katia, Aldo and Serena were always easily reachable and helpful, friendly people.
Definitely one address i'll keep in mind when i go back to south Sardegna.
Thank you Emannuel!
I hope I can have you again as my guest!

A fantastic house in a gorgeous location
This house has everything a family needs to have an enjoyable and comfortable holiday.
We are a family of four with two young children (3 and 4 years old) a beautiful beach is a two minute walk down a private gated driveway which we took advantage of each morning. The archaeological site at Nora and the aquarium were both within walking distance. We were also able to walk to Pula from the house, although we did get the bus back (€1 each for the adults, the children went free)
The house is fully air conditioned and has laundry facilities which is really useful. The huge garden provides plenty of space for playing and there are lots of options for siting and dining outside. Along with the two bathrooms there is also an outside shower for washing sand off after the beach.
The house really had everything we could have wished for. We don't normally go back to the same places for our holidays, but with this house we may very well do. Highly recommended.
Great location two minutes walk to the beach and a two minute drive to Pula. Great location !
Property was really well set up and has lovely outdoor areas where we spent most of our time.
Felt very secure in a small group of properties behind a locked gate, sharing private access to the beach.
Large yard with trees Was relaxing and both rooms had their own bathroom and air conditioning.
Good kitchen with all we needed to self cater for the week.
Really loved it and didn't want to leave.
Beautiful house and beaches
This house was in a perfect location, a 2 minute walk to to one of the nicest beaches in the area. The children loved snorkelling in the sea and saw lots of fish. Pula is a sweet town with plenty of restaurants and shops. We found a great bakery and 2 lovely ice cream shops!.Everyone we met was really friendly. The house had everything we needed and was in a quiet area. The garden is massive and gave the children plenty of space to play in. We will definitely come back to Sardinia again.
È stato veramente un piacere ospitare Lottie e la sua famiglia e spero che tornino ancora a trovarci. Aldo
Suited our young family perfectly
We stayed in Aldo's Villa in June 2015 (family of 4 with 2 young children, aged 3 & 4) and had a wonderful time. The house was in a perfect location for the beach (no more than a slow 10 minute walk at a child’s pace) and we had our own private beach entrance (no worries about trying to find parking). It was quiet for pretty much the whole time we were there (weekends are busy everywhere in the world!). We were met by Aldo's sister when we arrived and she was incredibly friendly and helpful, advising the best local places to eat/shop/visit etc when asked.
All the things we needed were catered for within the villa, it was clean and well looked after. We were looking for somewhere that was peaceful and quiet and within close proximity to a beach and that is exactly what we found. With two young children it was also great having a large garden to play in when it got too hot to play on the beach.
We hired a car while we were there, which was necessary for getting into Pula (only a 5 min drive but may be a bit too far to walk with younger children) and everything was easy to find from supermarkets, restaurants and the best pistachio ice cream at the Sotto Zero Gelateria. We had lovely walks on a deserted beach in the evenings collecting perfect pebbles with our children, having their last splash in the water before bedtime or sitting on the rocks waiting for the lighthouse to start flashing.
Nora is a short walk away along the beach and the archeological site was an interesting place to visit (ask about the extended tour up to the top of the lighthouse for a wonderful view of the bay). We also drove into Cagliari to visit the famous fish market as well as the local Pula fresh food market to try local/typical Sardinian food and make the most of the outdoor BBQ facilities too. It was lovely being able to dine outside for every single meal, either in the shade or on the terrace. Everyone we spoke to in Pula was very friendly and willing to help, even with our basic Italian.
Aldo has a charming property and was prompt in replying to all our queries in the lead up to our trip. Any questions we had while we were there were sorted as soon as possible and he made sure we were able to contact him if there were any problems (there weren't any). We would definitely recommend staying here.
A big thank you to Aldo and Elisabetta, we had a very relaxing first visit to Sardinia.
Apart from the beautiful beach and sea, our location offers a huge variety of opportunities. You may enjoy a cultural visit to the archaeological city of Nora and its theater, still in use for summer shows; you may play a few rounds in the challenging golf course at Is Molas, or explore the amazing coast by boat or by car, up to Chia and beyond... And then the tidy little town of Pula awaits you at night with its shops, bars and restaurants with tipical fine cuisine, providing every service you might need in your holiday.
