This recently remodeled condo has all of the perks: new furnishing, upgraded appliances and built in custom dinning table. Features 2 LCD Smart TV's located in the living room and King bedroom. Take in the sun on the large, private deck off the upstairs bedroom.
The Waterleaf Condo is within walking distance to all shops, restaurants, movie theater, and bus stop so that you may hop on and head to Mt. Crested Butte. As well this condo has designated parking. This condo sleeps 4- 6 in beds.
Bedding Arrangement Breakdown:
1st Bedroom: King-size Bed
2nd Bedroom: Queen-size Bed
2.5 Bedroom: Queen-size Bed
Max Occupancy: 6 People
There are two designated, off street parking spaces for this unit. Please note that during the winter season only one parking space is guaranteed due to snow removal. During the winter season, please be sure to abide by the posted Winter Parking Laws to avoid ticketing/towing.
While we try to keep our calendars updated, it is possible that new reservations have not yet been added to the VRBO calendar. Please click the "Contact Manager" button to inquire with the office for the most accurate availability.

The Heartleaf Condo (VRBO #709734) is located directly next door in the same building. Rent both units for larger groups who need privacy but want to be close by.
A local resort fee is built into the tax rate. The cleaning fee is additional and may be up to $145 depending upon the number of people and number of nights. VRBO guest service fees are additional.
A security deposit is required in the form of either a damage insurance policy or a $1,500.00 refundable deposit.
