Our larger-than-life Cactus property is quite the impressive remodel. The spacious corner lot provides plenty of room in both the front and back of the home, and the extra basement level allows for comfortable accommodations for even the largest of groups. The expansive backyard features an attached pool and spa with a waterfall, an outdoor air hockey table conveniently placed under a gazebo on the far side of the property, a gas grill with a side sink and extra warming panel, plenty of grass, and brick decking. The front of the property also has a brick surface and an extra sitting area. Inside through the front doors is an elegant dining area, complete with polished marble floors that line most of the home's interior. Everything has been professionally decorated, and this is prominently displayed in the remodeled kitchen, which comes with granite countertops, a wine rack and cooler, vaulted ceilings, built-in electric glass stovetops, and updated appliances.
Farther in is a full game room, equipped with a regulation size pool table, a poker table, a foosball table, ample seating areas, and panoramic windows overlooking the backyard. The basement level downstairs is fitted with a bona fide home theater system that features a large screen and sound system with a built-in subwoofer, elevated reclinable seats, and a bar area. A full bathroom and two extra bedrooms are on the basement level, as well. Back upstairs in the living room is a large flatscreen TV, wood fireplace, plenty of seating, and a black leather circular couch large enough to be a bed. With seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, this property can easily host 14 people. The great location close to major freeways, golf courses, and shopping centers makes this immaculate home even more desirable.
Bed Configuration: Master-King, 2nd bdrm- Queen, 3rd bdrm- 2 XL twins (or King), 4th bdrm- 2 XL twins (or King), 5th bdrm- 2 XL twins (or King), 6th bdrm- 2 XL twins (or King), 7th bdrm- 2 XL twins (or King).
We stayed at this property the summer of 2015... we wanted to stay again last year but it was not available during the days we wanted... so we booked it for THIS year. Not sure why it was given a 1 star and titled "Shits" because it looks BETTER then the photos on the site... and I have plenty to share to prove it. Can't wait til this July
There were 8 of us that stayed at the house and we really enjoyed it. We were there on a Golf trip with 8 guys and this is a perfect house for a trip like the one we had.
The Cactus house was nice. It has a great location. It was good.
There is a nice set up in the house. I was on a business trip and it was very roomy, spacious and clean for me. I was busy a lot of the time so I didn’t get to use it as much as I wanted to!
We had a family reunion for my grandpas 91st birthday. We took some great family shots out by the waterfall.
It was great that it was football weekend and we had people from the university of Michigan, western Michigan, Georgia, and Louisville. There were lots of TVs in the house for the “sports nuts” that went from room to room and house to house watching TV.
The layout is so open. Everyone spent a lot time in the game room area on the foosball table, poker table and pool table .
The big huge kitchen was the focus point, with the big island - a perfect setting. A big open area for everybody to have conversations and have a family get together. We enjoyed ourselves.
We had a very nice time at the Cactus house. The size and the ability to have our own space in the Cactus house was good.
Having the pool was great. Being in the pool and using amenities was nice, we were outside every day.
The location was great. It's a nice house. The beds were comfortable. It was in pretty good shape when we got there.
It was really a great vacation for my family. We celebrated my mother 90th birthday. We all flew in for it. My mom said “It was the perfect week!” We stayed in the house the whole time and grilled at home. We had a lovely time. We had a very very nice week. It was great way for us to spend time together.
I live in Scottsdale and booked this home for family visiting from Nevada and Mexico. I was very satisfied with the booking process and the home. This property easily accommodated a group of 16. There were some minor issues when my family arrived; however, nothing major and they were taken care of quickly.
If you are a large group and need a lot of beds, this is your home. I was happy that there were enough beds to accommodate family and did not have anyone sleeping on couches or the floor. The backyard is very private and allowed us to stretch nicely. I'm glad I found this home and I highly recommend.
Beautiful large home located within close vicinity to restaurants, shopping and golf.
