Situated right on Victoria's famous Inner Harbour this modern studio apartment is centrally located to all of Downtown. If you are arriving by floatplane we are only short walk from the Harbour Air. Everything about this apartment is convenient, yet off the main streets.

This self-contained, private, bright 3rd floor studio apartment has 10 foot ceilings and features a full kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows allow lots of light and give a view of the water. The secure building also gives you roof-top patio access for a view of Johnson Street Bridge and the harbour.

It should be noted that being downtown -it can have some noise-they are constructing the new Johnson Street bridge next door

About Julie Sullivan

My husband and I are longtime Victoria residents, having made our way west from the snowy central part of Canada....We are industrial hygienists by profession, which means we try to keep workers safe from hazards such as asbestos and lead etc etc. It is fun and challenging work!

We are looking forward to being able to travel more and get to see all the wonderful places our guests tell us about!

When we retire, we plan to live here part time-it cannot be beat for conveniences and comfort. South facing we get the sun and never even need to turn on the heat-even in January, although the fireplace is cozy!

Perfect location, nice amenities, would definitely stay there again.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (4 and 6) stayed here for two nights in July. It was very comfortable, had far more plusses than minuses. We would definitely stay there again.

PLUSSES: 1) The location is perfect - out of the downtown fray, but a quick 1 min walk to Chinatown, a tiny bit longer 10min walk to the harbor, and literally just a few steps from the Chinatown water taxi stop (with connex to all over the harbor) and from the Canoe Brewpub (a top notch brewpub with great waterfront patio in the rehabbed warehouse next door). 2) The condo was clean, had all the appliances you'd need, was intimate but not overcrowded for our family of 4 (although we live in a 1300 sq foot home usually). 3) Perhaps one of the best perks is the rooftop patio, while more difficult for the kids to see much by the adult-chest-high wall, it was just about perfect to hang out and watch the sunset over Victoria harbor while sipping beers bought in a growler next door at Canoe. The kids did like reading bedtime stories under the stars to the sound of seagulls and clanking boat tackle. 4) Our liaison at the condo was friendly, communicative, and really easy to work with.

MINUSES (may not apply to everyone): 1) curtains were broken so we couldn't really open them easily - but we were warned when we arrived that they had just been broken - probably will be fixed by the time you come. 2) our Subaru with cargo box wouldn't fit in the secure building parking garage, so had to be parked in the open lot next door for a small fee and moved by 6 am; 3) only portable A/C unit, so didn't cool down super fast (although to be honest, I think we had really bad luck, because we were there on a few of the hottest days of the year, and normally you wouldn't need an A/C at all and would get a great breeze off the harbor).

Great location with all we needed

We were lucky enough to be able to stay at Julie's Victoria apartment last week for a night. Julie and Taylor made everything so simple (booking, info, check in and check out). Easy to get to and secure underground parking were great. Amazing location - we walked the whole city and left our car parked. Great food and shopping nearby and all the important sites within walking distance. The place was cozy and clean and well stocked. Having laundry facilities is a nice bonus. We really enjoyed spending late afternoon with a glass of wine on the rooftop patio.

Wonderful location for exploring Victoria

Nice little spot with a great location for exploring Victoria. We walked about 12km everyday. Lots of great pubs with local micro brews. Garricks Head Pub was a favorite. 50 different beer on tap and all meals were great. Only disappointment with the condo was BBQ is not available at this time of year. Full kitchen and laundry were nice to have. Definitely worth a return visit to check out more of the island.

Our favourite accommodation of our vacation.

We loved the Mermaid Wharf building. The suite was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was quiet and very secure. The location of this suite was perfect for our purposes - tourists!
