This condo is the definition of affordable luxury.

Everything Portland has to offer is right at your fingertips. The condo is very close to (walking distance if you so choose) hundreds of restaurants, bars, food carts, cafes, music venues, and more. All four of Portland's Light Rail lines are within walking distance and the Portland streetcar literally runs right by the building.

Whether your idea of a vacation is wandering around the amazing Farmers Market (a very short stroll from the apartment) or hiking the hills, this tastefully decorated, comfortable apartment offers both.


You are 10 minutes' or short streetcar ride to Jeld-Wen to see the Timbers play. Five minutes' walk to live theater, movies, and the main central square, called Pioneer Square. 


Oregon has no sales tax, so if you're in the market for a new computer, you might wait until you visit Portland to buy. The Apple Store is a five-minute walk.



There's parking right across the street from the apartment and a Safeway grocery store a block away. The actual amount varies from $4.50 to $8.95 per day, depending on the day and the time of arrival (as of 12/31/14).

About Jeremy Fershleiser

My name is Jeremy Fershleiser, I studied painting and relocated from the northeastern portion of the United States in 1999. I quickly came to call Portland home. I live in inner NE Portland, have two children, Vaeya and Iraja. As a local resident, I encourage you to feel free to ask me for ideas or tips during your stay. Why Jeremy Fershleiser chose Downtown

This is simply a fantastic location. You have incredible access to public transportation and an off the chart walk score. The building is old and classic, but was completely overhauled about a decade ago, modernizing the spaces while retaining old charming touches, like large windows, gorgeous pocket doors, claw foot tubs, and molding galore. It's a great space.

What makes this condo unique

A great space and location is a nice start, but what really makes this property shine is coupling the location and building with the tasteful selection of furniture, comfort, and amenities (fully stocked kitchen, pantry items, coffee, tea, games, books, guide books, puzzles, washer/dryer, cleaning products, shampoos, linens, towels). The only thing a guest needs to provide for themselves is clothing, toothpaste, and food... and even if all these things were forgotten two of the three could be obtained in one block, and the other within a few blocks. The place has it all.

Great Apartment Centrally Located

This apartment worked great for us (2) while visiting Portland. It is centrally located, 10-15 min to Willamette River and 5 min to the university on foot. We used public transportation all over the city as well. The apartment was clean and comfortable. For light sleepers, the night street traffic and street lights can be an inconvenience.

Amazing condo!

This condo is perfectly located and so comfortable and cozy. The bed alone is worth it! We loved having such a well stocked and comfortable place to stay! I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Portland. Jeremy was very responsive and made the entire process easy!

Great location, clean, ideal place to stay!

The condo is exactly as pictured. It's very clean and felt fresh, and has all the basics that you'd need in the kitchen. The mattress was so comfortable, and the sheets were very soft. There were even extra pillows in the closet that we were able to use, which was really nice. And the pillows were super comfy as well. You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into what guests may need.

It had an A+ location - walking distance to the University Farmer's Market, the Art museum, the grocery store, the river front, Portlandia statue, quite a few Starbucks, and an easy drive from the airport. The parking lot across the street always had availability, and I could see the car from the condo's windows so that was awesome. Parking overnight during the week was a bit pricey ($17 a night, although I imagine that's competitive for the area), but I was glad we mainly needed it on the weekend ($9 a night), as the weekend price was very affordable. Overall, it was a great hub for our trip to explore Portland, and really made it enjoyable! I was surprised to find a place with so much space right in downtown Portland, and for such a great nightly price.

Fantastic Condo in Downtown Portland

Can't say enough about this great condo. One of the most well appointed apartments we have ever stayed in. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. So nice to be able to open the windows and have fresh air. Safeways very close and convenient for anything you may need. Buses and streetcars also very close. Lots of excellent restaurants in walking distance. Overall a wonderful stay for celebrating our Canadian Thanksgiving - even had a turkey dinner at Huber's! Thanks Jeremy.

Guests will need to complete the very basic one page short term rental agreement (state law) and a one page lead based paint acknowledgement (since the building was built prior to 1978, despite a major overhaul in the mid 2000s, per federal law). At guests option, both can be completed without printing and scanning or emailing via an electronic signature service that owner pays for.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
