Our one bedroom, one bathroom unit is located on the breezy top floor, offering quiet privacy, and a lovely garden and limited ocean view from the Lanai.The unit has been upgraded throughout including all tile flooring. Tropical furnishings, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, make your stay in paradise comfortable. Enjoy the heated pool and BBQ area located in the center of the beautiful garden area. Steps to the ocean front for great sunset viewing.
There are ceiling fans in the living room, bedroom, and on the lanai.
The bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The lanai table seats four, providing a great place to enjoy tropical evening dinners with the sound of the ocean in the background.
The kitchen is well equipped with a complete inventory of appliances, and dishes and utensils for four. The bedroom/ bath has linens, bath towels and beach towels.
Flat screen TV in the living room. Wi- Fi is available. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
There are beach essentials - chairs, boogie board, cooler beach mat and snorkel gear.
Additional cleaning services during your stay can be provided upon request. Everything you will need to feel at home for a short or extended stay is provided. We live in Kailua-Kona, only a phone call away.
The Alii Villas is a well maintained ocean front property with beautiful gardens. The complex features a heated pool with and adjacent Barbecue area. The unit has a conveniently located designated parking stall. The complex is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Kailua Kona. The complex is a no smoking complex, however there is a dedicated smoking area on the grounds.
We live in Kailua-Kona, only a few minutes away if you have any problems during your stay.
We live in a Kailua-Kona only minutes away if you need our help. When not managing our properties and taking care of our home, We are in the water snorkeling and swimming, or on the water canoe paddling nearly every day. We have owned property in Kailua-Kona for 12 years, and lived here in a condo full time for 5 years before buying a house. Alii Villas is a hidden gem on Kailua-Kona's Alii Drive. It is an oceanfront complex surrounded by beautiful gardens, complete with a heated swimming pool, comfortable barbecue area, and waterfront viewing and seating area. The complex is well managed, and a favorite destination for both short and long term visitors. A perfect place to spend a vacation and to meet new friends.
The complex is ideally located located on oceanfront property, and is a leisurely walk to downtown restaurants, pubs, and shopping.
Condo was clean, well maintained, good location and lots of extras to make you feel comfortable. The downtown area was just a little too far to walk to for dinner and shopping, but there is a trolley that goes up and down the strip. There is a farmer's market everyday next to Uncle Billy's Hotel that has fresh fruit and great shopping. The condo had a blender so we could make smoothies for breakfast everyday. We really enjoyed our stay here. I would caution that it is the 3rd level with no elevator and no air conditioning. This didn't matter to us though, we did fine without it. I would highly recommended this property for the budget traveler who will be pleasantly surprised!
The time we spent at this condo is my wife and my best two weeks of the year! The condo is exceptionally clean and the grounds are well maintained. The pool area is nicer than at a lot of the larger hotels. There is an on site manager as well. The location is excellent because you can walk to restaurants, shopping, farmers markets. We strongly recommend this unit for Kona vacationers. The unit is very well stocked with every thing we needed!
Staying at Alli Villis is the best two weeks of the year for my wife and I. We have visited Kona
the last four years and stayed at this property the last two. The unit is super clean and very
comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area with ocean view is as nice
or better than the big hotels. We love the location as it is in walking distance to shopping,
outdoor markets and many restaurants. There is designated parking for the unit. The head
maintenance individual lives on site is readily available to help with any issues. We recommend
this condo to everyone and plan on being back next year for another two weeks.
The condo was wonderful! Very comfortable, clean and all necessities were provided. Could catch the trolley to town in a very short walking distance. Had a very memorable experience for my first trip to Kona!

The Kona Coast is known for spectacular diving and snorkeling. It is also home on Kona coffee which is grown at elevation just a few miles south of the Royal Sea Cliff.
