DIRECT GULF-FRONT unit on the seventh floor of Regency Isle located in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. This property is one of the premier condo buildings on the Gulf Coast. This 1330 square foot unit has been recently updated and includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an oversized balcony. The complex comes with an indoor/outdoor pool area with covered picnic area for grilling, there is also a fitness center with access to a sauna/steam room. This unit comes with covered parking and a designated parking space. The beautiful master suite includes a king bed with a floor to ceiling sliding glass door that opens to the oversized gulf-front balcony. The master bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi tub with separate stand up shower and double vanity sinks. The guest bedroom is furnished with a plush queen sized bed and features an in-suite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The unit also features a half bath with adjacent laundry room that includes a washer and dryer.

My husband and I have always had a special affinity for the beach. Amongst wildly busy professional lives we have always made time to escape to the gulf coast at least twice each summer. We have visited many beaches from Gulf Shores to Panama City. One trip to Orange Beach and we were hooked. We love good food, good fishing, and good times. There was no shortage of any of these in Orange Beach!

We purchased this property in 2014 after falling in love with the simplicity and beauty of beautiful Orange Beach. Regency Isle met all of our requirements for a vacation home with great views of the bay and extraordinary views of the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoy nothing more than spending quiet afternoons on the balcony watching the sun set and listening to the waves. Yes, Regency Isle is that peaceful beach retreat.

Beautiful Stay

The weather was not so great during our stay but the condo was beautifully decorated and spacious. We had 6 total guests and we all slept comfotably. I would stay here again and highly recommend. The pool areas are very nice and beach access is very convenient.

Happy Campers!

I absolutely love love LOVE staying at this condo and dealing with the owners - who are some of the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. All aspects of the rental (from questions before booking, to booking, to staying, enjoying ourselves, then leaving) went so smoothly and all my questions were answered quickly and put my mind at ease. This owner is so easy to deal with (quick responses count), it's amazing. I was pleasantly surprised after dealing with other condos in prior years. We book often on the beach but this was my first year at this condo - I won’t go anywhere else now! Fresh flowers were the perfect touch.

This is a clean, clean, CLEAN place to stay - updated and fun - and oh so peaceful. I cannot wait to book this exact same spot year after year. Did I mention how clean it was?

Just a great place to be

First of all the owners of this wonderful vacation condo are the best. Any issues or questions we had were responded to on the spot, either by phone or email.

I can't say enough about having the owners available if questions or issues arise.

The condo itself was very beautiful and clean. The view was breathtaking, and everything that you would need on your vacation was available.

I also thought the parking was great, you are under the building and not parked outside in the hot sun.

This property is a must if you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing and stress free vacation.

EXCELLENT!!!

We had a wonderful week on the beach in September. The unit was absolutely fabulous...well appointed and maintained; the owner was super easy to reach and responded very quickly; very convenient to our favorite restaurants and of course the Publix. We're already planning on going back in 2017 and beyond! The complex is our favorite so far in Orange Beach. You won't be disappointed in Regency Isle OR this particular unit.

Perfect Getaway!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Halie's condo at Regency Isle. Everything is exactly as stated in the listing. Halie is very quick to respond and she and her husband were so kind to try to assist us when we basically screwed up the cable tv by pressing wrong buttons (our fault). We were grateful for their attentiveness that helped us fix the problem fairly quickly. The condo building is great. I loved the parking under the building so that loading/unloading was always easy and your car was super cool when you got into it. The outdoor pool is huge and wasn't ever very crowded, although maybe that was due to the time of year (mid-August) we went. Umbrella and chair rental was super easy as you can just walk down the boardwalk a few feet to the representative. We handed over our credit card and we were set up in our chairs immediately. There were plenty available, but again, maybe that was due to the time of year. Most people, it seemed, chose to bring their own umbrellas and chairs, instead of paying for the setup, but I preferred those comfy loungers we rented. The walk to the beach is very easy and seemed shorter than from most buildings. We didn't take advantage of the outdoor grilling area, but it was really close to the elevators and looked very nice - all gas grills with picnic tables available. The elevators were always fast and we never had to wait. Trash removal was easy as there was a trash shoot right by the elevators. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We cooked at the condo mostly, instead of going out as this was the more relaxing choice for us. We bought royal reds shrimp, jumbo lump crab and smoked tuna dip from Blaylock's seafood market and thoroughly enjoyed all of it! The nearby Publix is a huge and very nice store! We love shopping at Tallulah's Treasures, owned by our friend, Lynn. We also shopped the local Ron Jon and some of the other interesting souvenir shops. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at Fisher's Dockside Marina (downstairs). We were planning to eat upstairs in the more expensive and upscale restaurant, but downstairs was so nice and open-air, overlooking the marina, that we stayed down there and had a very nice time. I can't believe we never even made it to the Flora-Bama (so close) or any other bars, for that matter...we just relaxed in the cozy condo with our own beverages this time.

I would highly recommend Orange Beach and this condo!
