About Nicole Bierschied

I have been going to Moab just about every weekend for the past 7 years to see my daughter and her family. This will be the 3rd townhome I have purchased which I will use when its not rented.

Moab is surrounded by beauty. The Moab Rim on the west, the rock formations to the north, the La Sal Mountains to the east, and more formations to the south.

Nicole Bierschied purchased this townhome in 2014

Why Nicole Bierschied chose Utah

Rim Village Vista is a well managed development and its close to downtown Moab. With tennis courts, community pool, hot tub and a playground for children, its an ideal location for visitors. Arch's National Park and Canyonlands National Park are north of Moab. The Colorado River is great for rafting and fishing and there are numerous trails for off roading, hiking, and biking.

What makes this townhome unique

The townhome is 1500 sq. feet which gives everyone enough room to spread out.

Awesome location to visit Arches and Canyonlands

  • 5 of 5

Condo was really nice and modern, in a great location at the south end of Moab. It had everything you need for cooking meals. The grill is on a natural gas line so you don't have to worry about the tank running empty mid-grill. It is pretty close to the pool which is smaller but nice and well maintained. Having a garage to keep your vehicle and stuff in was great as well. There were a lot of people around the complex but it was never loud. Only very minor issue was the clothes dryer took a very long time to dry clothes - the vent probably needs to be cleared but I couldn't get to it easily.

Arches had a lot of construction going on which closed the park at night and also closed Devils Garden, which was kind of a bummer. It was still amazing to see the park, and Canyonlands was completely open. We went rafting on the Colorado one morning in the Fisher Towers area upstream of Moab, which was very cool.

The Moab area was a great place to visit and this condo was a great home base for exploring the area. I would highly recommend it.

Really nice townhome

  • 4 of 5

Very clean and comfortable townhome. Perfect location close to town. However, upon arrival we were rudely greeted by the woman who was cleaning. We realized we were early, but wanted to find out where it was. She was very adamant that we had to leave. That left an awful first impression for me. There was a mouse in the condo. We were told there was a grill to use, however I was not told there wouldn't be a propane tank. For the amount of money we spent on the rental I would have assumed that would be included. There was also no fire pit. It really was a beautiful townhome, just a few setbacks for me.
