About Suzette Megyeri
We are an active family of 6. We enjoy Skiing, Fishing, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Rafting, and playing in the Arkansas River!
Suzette Megyeri purchased this Condo in 2006
Why Suzette Megyeri chose Salida
We fell in love with Salida visiting friends that own a second home there. We knew it would be a perfect second home for us as well! We enjoy riding bikes downtown and the many miles of bike trails without ever getting into a car
What makes this Condo unique
20 minutes from Monarch Mountain for skiing. Several mountain trails for day hikes. Several Fourteeners near by for hiking. 25 minutes from Mount Princeton Hot Springs. We love being in walking distance to downtown. The restaurants, bars, shopping, river and festivals are awesome! Love the small town feeling!

Great condo is walking distance to downtown Salida
We had a great two days in Salida Colorado. This condo is in close proximity to Monarch mountain and walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Perfect spot for a quick getaway to the mountains!
Family friendly. Sleeps 8 comfortably. All of the amenities of home.
We absolutely loved our experience staying in this Salida condo. It's located within walking distance of an eclectic downtown and a beautiful river just yards away. We were 15 minutes from the ski rental shop and 30 minutes from Monarch ski resort. We had everything we needed. We were very pleased and it made our family trip that much better. We will definitely stay here again!
great home for a large family (7).
We had a group of 7 stay at the house for our ski trip. Plenty of room. Quite neighborhood. Within walking distance of downtown Salida. Easy drive from home to Monarch Mountain. Without question would stay there again.
Clean, comfortable and cozy!
This was our first time renting this property, but 4th time staying in Salida to ski at Monarch. We loved this location and condo. The owners were so great to work with and accommodating to our needs. The condo is located on a quiet street within walking distance of the river. There was enough sleeping room with 8 people staying there (6 kids, 2 adults). The kitchen/seating area was a bit cramped, but they have TV trays and an additional card table. The kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking and they even provided coffee and creamers! Loved that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were also provided. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the cleanliness of the condo. Highly recommend! BTW, Moonlight Pizza, Soul Craft Brewery, and the Little Red Hen Bakery are great spots to hit while staying in Salida.
We enjoyed the condo and Salida. The condo was very clean and well maintained.
The location was excellent for our purposes which was skiing and having a location for non- skiers that enabled them to walk to the historic town of Salida. Location was also near the beautiful Arkansas river. Suzette (the owner) was very easy to work with. We would definitely use this condo again.
Nice property with great layout for families with kids
We stayed here over Christmas 2017. The condo is 2 stories with a bedroom (queen) and full bath on the first floor. The second floor has a small room with a queen bed and washer/dryer in the closet (really no space to put any of your stuff). The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and 2 singles, a large walk through closet area (big enough to keep everything we needed) that leads to the second full bathroom. It worked great for us as we had grandparents downstairs and the rest of us upstairs. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The parking was a little confusing as I think you park right in front of a bunch of bikes in the carport. It didn't matter for us as it was winter and it didn't seem anyone would be accessing the bikes. There is a path right across the street that goes along the river and there is a playground with several baseball fields. A little less than a mile to Safeway. Worked great for us as a ski house but could also see it being very nice in the warm weather.
