Lovely Townhome with all the amenities

  • 5 of 5

This townhome was clean and conveniently located only 5 miles out of town. Loved the walk-in shower in the master. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and small appliances. Highly recommend staying here.

Awesome townhouse - super quiet

  • 5 of 5

This was a great property for our three-day stay in Moab. My wife and I tried to hear the noise from the highway, but couldn't hear a sound, contrary to another reviewer of the property. It is on the outskirts of town, and was a great starting point for our fourwheeling trips and National Park adventures. Would definitely stay again.

Home was clean and comfortable! Everything we needed was provided. The only thing lacking at all was we wished there were more seating in the living room area, but it wasn't a big deal. Owner was very quick to respond with answers to questions. Just an overall great experience! We'd definitely come again!

Overall a positive experience

  • 4 of 5

This was our first visit to Moab, and would defiantly recommend staying outside of town, which is very busy. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room for our family of five and all check-in/out arrangements were easy. Overall, the condo met all our needs and I would recommend staying here.

One warning, the pool is very small. It's about the size of a back yard in-ground pool (or perhaps smaller). Thus it was crowded. For a complex this size I expected a larger pool. My kids were not even interested in using the pool and they are big swimmers. So if your plans include extended pool time, I'd would not recommend this complex.

Also, the area of the complex that this unit is located in not yet landscaped and is close to the highway. The other side of the complex (with mainly one story condos) was more appealing because it was fully landscaped and quieter.

Convenient location

  • 3 of 5

Unable to maintain comfortable temperature in unit, cool downstairs and very warm upstairs. In need of new and additional bath and kitchen towels. Smoke alarm missing in downstairs living room area. Questionable if bed sheets had been washed. Floors dirty. Fry pan had dried food still on it. Many light bulbs burned out.

Owner's Response: Thank you for letting us know about the problems. Every effort is made to ensure our guests are comfortable during their stay and our 4 & 5 star reviews reflect it. The cleaning company started using a new cleaner which wasn't working so they went back to their previous cleaner. Checking every light and the cookware during the busy season is difficult and we appreciate you letting us know where we need to improve. New towels are being purchased as well as new bedding. Thank you.
