With a unique and spacious interior, this recently refurnished Spirit Lake vacation rental sits just 100 feet away from your own private dock on the lake.
Located on the secluded, tree-lined north end of Spirit Lake, this home is in a quiet neighborhood but is also just one mile from town. That means you will be able to sleep peacefully without the noises of city living, but still be within a quick trip to a restaurant or grocery store.
This four-bedroom home has one and a half bathrooms and will comfortably sleep eight people, though up to 10 guests may stay here. The large living area has plenty of space for everyone to sit and busy themselves with different activities, whether they prefer to watch cable TV, a DVD or VHS movie, play a provided board game, or just sit and enjoy the view. Please note that WiFi is not available in this home, making it perfect for unplugging.
The full kitchen has all the appliances and tools you may need to cook up a meal for everyone, and it even has a waffle iron in case you want something special for breakfast.
Two bedrooms have queen-size beds, one has a full-size, one bedroom has two twin beds, and an additional bunk house contains two sets of twin bunks, so everyone will be able to find their favorite place to sleep and recharge. Outside, a large, grassy yard gently slopes downward toward the sandy shore of the lake and your private dock. This area is great for boating, swimming and fishing for Salmon, Trout and Bass either in a boat or right off the dock and is so beautiful that you may prefer to sit on the deck (complete with patio furniture and a gas grill) and watch the wind ripple gently over the surface of the lake.
This home would be a perfect place to spend some time relaxing with your loved ones while enjoying the lake. Spirit Lake is a Historic old town with lots of colorful history and local flavor, with interesting shops and restaurants to explore. Northern Idaho has many amazing outdoor activity options, such as hiking and biking trails, golfing, and a variety of lakes, plus Coeur d'Alene is only 30 miles south, so you may want to take a quick day trip into a larger town for even more choices. Silverwood Theme Park is only 15 minutes away, which is 100 acres of family fun, boasting the worlds longest wooden roller coasters and a giant water park! The park transforms itself into "Scareywood Haunted theme park" during the month of October for a spooky fun Halloween experience.
With a one-of-a-kind layout and plenty of space for everyone to spread out, this lakefront home is an amazing place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area.
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We simply loved everything about this place. Well kept and comfortable, with gorgeous windows and view. One bedroom on main floor, the other bedrooms require stairs. Loved the beach front yard too!
Love this place. Extremely unique in decor and design. Kind of fun trying to figure what all the light switches do. It's a crapshoot! A fun little adventure to start your vacation.
We stayed at the cabin and fixed meals there and visited. It was very quiet and relaxing.
This house has a gorgeous view of Spirit Lake and is very quiet and peaceful. It is also close to Silverwood Theme Park. The town of Spirit Lake offers a great coffee shop with great service and tasty pastries. The property is quite dated, but we found it in great need of cleaning from windows to floors. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there.
Great location, great lake with deck, great for swimming, great Architecture BUT: badly maintained, dirty carpets, dirty sofa, the second imitation leather sofa and oneseater were worn out, very dirty kitchen (especially the wooden countertops, kitchenfloor), the equipment in the kitchen outdated, we did not dare using the dirty barbecue, bathrooms and bedrooms were clean,
We called the manager to review all this. He told us, the local manager would call us back, which never happened!
We will not recommend this house to family and friends.
