La Casetta Gialla is located in Petrosino, a small town halfway between Marsala and Mazara del Vallo. Strategic point if you are looking for a quiet place to relax with the first beach 1 minute walk from the cottage. Among the nearest beaches we recommend Lido Torrazza and Capo Feto. Towards the seafront of Marsala you will find Lido Signorino or La Playa Bianca. By car you can easily reach the Saline of the Stagnone Nature Reserve from unforgettable sunsets, or towards Trapani we suggest you climb up Mount Erice with its medieval streets and the smell of a typical sweet, the Genoese. Proceeding southwards you will find the soft beaches of Mazara del Vallo and the white scales of the Turks in Agrigento. The nearest islet and by far the most breathtaking is Favignana, reachable by hydrofoil from the port of Marsala or Trapani or by renting a raft from the Tourist Port of Marsala.

Less than 1km from the cottage are the most important services: restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, kiosks, tobacconists.
We would like to suggest a high quality pizzeria (Piazz'Art) and a charming restaurant (A Due Passi dal Mare). All our guests love Genny Bar for a typical Italian breakfast. We also recommend the Pasticceria Ponticelli if you want to try the best Sicilian sweets.
Prices are transparent, always inclusive of utilities, cleaning start and end of stay and assistance during the entire period of stay.
The idea of traveling to Casetta Gialla is based on the philosophy of small things. The values on which the house is based are few, simple, and at the same time strong and tangible.
1- The first value is the RECEPTION.
A warm welcome starts from the first conversation, the response to the first message, the friendliness in the way of communicating. What is called customer assistance for us is welcome throughout the period of stay.
2- The second value is TRANSPARENCY.
It is very important for us that the customer gets what has been promised. Expectations are confirmed in the reality of lived experience. So the transparency of photos, services, prices are transformed into positive reviews.
3- The third value is WELL-BEING.
Every year we invest 80% of our revenues to improve the cottage.
In 2016 we completely renovated the terrace transforming it into a place of privacy and relaxation.
In 2017 we replaced the kitchen on the ground floor and installed a small kitchen upstairs to make the terrace an independent place for lunches and dinners in the open air.
In 2018 we will refresh the front of the house and the interior. Another goal is to make the terrace an even more intimate place. We will raise on the perimeter of the wall a small fence with climbing plants to add more privacy and at the same time greener and cooler to our terrace.
