Inspired by the 1937 movie The Lost Horizon and built in 1938, the Bohn House is an Austin icon. We recently updated and modernized the house while retaining its original historic features. There are so many unique features that only pictures can tell the story. We have a roof top deck with views of downtown, incredible views of the UT clocktower throughout the house, and plenty of space to host a large group with many little nooks and crannies to hang out in.

About Jason Campagna
We are a family of 5. We fell in love with this house and spent 18 months making into a modernized version of what it originally was built to be.
Jason Campagna purchased this House in 2013
Why Jason Campagna chose Pemberton Heights
This is truly a one of a kind property. It is a historic streamline modern house, with incredible architecture and views. We took an incredible frame and modernized with every conceivable amenity that we could think of. Meanwhile, it is on Lamar and Pease Park in West Campus and within a 5-10-minute Uber of everything in the City.
What makes this House unique
Staying in the Bohn House is like staying in an architectural museum. It has a completely modern finish out with every amenity, a movie room downstairs. A modern kitchen with a 19' island and sliding doors that open the entire kitchen to a pool, hot tub, and incredible views. The 75-year old Koi ponds and the private setting right on Lamar overlooking Pease Park are not found elsewhere in Austin.
