Relaxing Retreat in the Heart of Olde Naples
Freshly decorated in a modern transitional inspired decor. This Castleton Gardens is a relaxing retreat in a gated community perfectly located in the heart of “Old Naples.” The beautifully decorated coastal condo is situated on grounds with tropical landscaping.
You are a 3 minute walk fro the world famous dining and shopping of 5th Ave South and the white sands of Naples Beach are a quick 8 block walk from this perfectly located condo. Naples’ famous “Fifth Avenue” with its world-class restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and theater are just steps away. Also within just a few blocks is Cambier Park that features shuffleboard courts, Boccee courts, tennis center, playground, and a bandshell with free concerts.
This unit is located on the second floor and overlooks the stunning pool area. The private, heated pool and spa is provided for Castleton Gardens guests and features a grill and dining area.
The condo’s interior has provides a cool, refreshing, very clean seaside escape. The bedroom has wood floors with an inviting, comfortable king-sized bed. A built in desk with network cable and smaller TV is also in the bedroom. A walk-in closet and built in wall unit provide ample storage. The living area offers a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen television, and dining area for four. The kitchen is fully equipped including a full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and dishwasher. There is counter seating for two and a washer and dryer in the unit. Quality linens, bath robes, Keurig coffee maker, French Press and coffee grinder, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, Comcast cable TV, DVD player, and WiFi are provided for your use. There is one unassigned parking spot for this unit on the property. Central Air and Heat. Recessed Lighting throughout.
Dust mite covers are on bed pillows, mattress and the box spring and wood floors keep this unit clean and a low allergen environment.
This is a favorite of all who visit because it is fresh, clean, decorated in a transitional coastal theme and in a superb location.
This is a non-smoker unit. No pets are permitted. This unit is on the second floor of a 2 story building. Entry is from outside stairs (no elevator).

This is a beautiful property in a superb location. You'll enjoy the easy stroll to 5th Avenue or a day lounging in tropical surroundings at the beach or by the heated pool. There are so many great restaurants to choose from or you can stay in and cook a quiet meal.
What makes this Condo unique
The poolside area is fantastic. It's peaceful and so relaxing. The beach is easily accessible and the incredible restaurants and shops along 5th avenue are so convenient to this condo. This condo has its own washer and dryer unit and central air. Dust Mite / Allergy covers on pillows and mattress. The location is prime. It is just 2 blocks to downtown Olde Naples, Sugden Theater, Cambier Park, and Tin City, Naples Pier and Beach, 3rd Street South, Bayfront are just a few minutes away. A car is not essential for this area and one can rent bicycles nearby from the Bike Route or a fun street worthy golf cart from Beach Bugz.

Best place in the world we went for the second time!
Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and beach, no need to rent a car. The apartment is clean, well equipped and courtyard and pool area are well maintained. Jon is an excellent host and readily avaible. We would strongly recommend this condo.
The property met all of our expectations.
As mentioned above the property was very nice. Additionally, the owners were terrific and we were quite pleased with our experience both at the property and around the property grounds. Finally, Naples itself is quite impressive.

We had a lovely stay in this condo. Fantastic location, very near of 5th Avenue and just 15 min. Of the beach by feet. Very clean and quiet. The furnishing and decor is very tasteful, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, towels and a lot more. We would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We're back for a second time at this beautiful condo, it's even nicer than when we stayed in 2015, and we gave it five stars then.Jon and Lori have upgraded flooring , lighting and refurbished the bathroom amongst many changes. It was beautiful before and is the most wonderful place to stay for a chilled out vacation in stunning Naples. There is nothing that Jon and Lori have not thought of regarding equipping the condo , it's situation is perfect , and it's in Naples! What more could anyone want! Don't hesitate to book this condo, the owners are a lovely , kind couple and you will have a great vacation. We can't wait to return again from chilly Scotland!!!

THIS CONDO IS PERFECTLY SITUATED IN OLDE NAPLES. 2-3 MIN WALK TO 5TH AVENUE, TIN CITY. THE BEACH, THIRD STREET AND THE COVE ALSO WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. STROLL OR RENT A BIKE. BOAT RENTALS, KAYAKS AND PADDLEBOARDS ARE ALSO WITHIN CLOSE WALKING DISTANCE.
