This condo is pristine with beautiful views and everything you need for a perfect vacation. The additional ice maker is so convenient for filling your cooler before jumping on your boat for a day on the bay.
Not only is the condo itself great, but the resort is beautiful and so clean. Nothing is out of place and everything well manicured.
I HIGHLY recommend this unit. We WILL be back!!
Great place to stay. Spacious condo. Would highly recommend. When you arrive on your floor of the parking garage there are shopping carts and luggage carriers just across the breeze way. Made is very convenient to carry groceries in. Kitchen was nicely stocked even had a crock pot. One thing I would recommend is a griddle if you plan on making pancakes. There is an ice maker in the mini bar that holds a ton of ice. Enough to fill our small cooler we took to the pool each day.
The pool and lazy river were awesome. They provide inner tubes, but we purchased our own floats that were more like chairs. The lighthouse on the property is usually closed, but you can ask the front desk to open it. The view is amazing. I wish they left it open all the time. It was nice to walk out on the dock and sit and watch the sunset.
It was amazing to be able to see the dolphins swimming inside the dock/cove area from our balcony and the pool. This condo was conveniently located with shopping and restaurants only minutes away.
If you are planning on using the sleeper sofa, we did not notice any blankets for it only sheets and pillows.
We look forward to staying here again.
Our family's first trip to Orange Beach for a much needed vacation. This condo is not on the beach but in such a great location. My sons enjoyed fishing off the boat docks and the pool area kept us all entertained for long periods of time when we weren't at the beach. The views of the bay are fantastic. The Unit was everything we needed.
This was my first trip to Orange Beach and I'm sure glad we picked this condo. Phoenix on the Bay 2 is not on the beach so most of the crazy traffic is avoided (a big feature to make us return). It was very easy to make a day trip to an open beach which suited us just fine.
The unit itself was very nice for our week long stay. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, pots, pans and even a cake pan. There was plenty of room for the four of us to relax. The laundry room was great to clean the swimsuits before heading home. It was nice to let the boys go down to the pool and we could watch directly above from the balcony.
We did have a complaint during our stay which was quickly corrected by the property management. (Master bed needed to be tightened up).
10 out 10 would we return to this unit.
With Orange Beach building up, our NEW fav local is "Canal Road". So close, but a bit off the beaten path. Hudson Boat rental is 2 streets away. Orange Beach Marina just around the corner, take the kids to see the Catch of the day. Publix is close, for food for the kitchen, as well as a few good restaurants close. (Cayman's, Cosmos, Tacky Jacks (across from Marina) The condo is great! We really like the fact of driving to the 7th floor with your own walk over, don't bother with the elevator. Condo has a great view, nicely stocked kitchen supplies. Kids love the lazy river and walk in pool. We will stay again.
Great space and decor, kitchen well equipped too. My children love the slide, lazy river and the ability to fish off the pier. Super easy to book and response to questions prior to arrival made packing and planning a breeze!
