Historic Smalls Alley is a few feet away from 'Upper King St' shopping restaurants, bars and Charleston Visitor Center. Free 'Carta Trolly' stop is 1/2 block away. Great starting point to all the historic tour facilities in downtown and close to the plantations on the Ashley River.
