This 1,152 sqft. two bedroom townhouse is located at Villa Rialto complex in a beautiful small gated community located in East Mesa, convenient to airport, shopping, restaurants and golf. This is a BRAND NEW upscale two story townhouse built in 2014 and is owned by Noble Village LLC.

Its 1 1/2 miles to big box stores, Superstition Mall, restaurants, groceries, 8 golf courses within 5 miles, Gateway Airport 7.5 miles, Phoenix Airport 21 miles. The famous Mesa Swapmeet is two miles away.
Sporting events include spring training baseball camps, professional hockey, basketball, and football in Phoenix and Glendale.
This townhouse is perfect for your short term rental needs such as a vacation, relocation, corporate stay, travel nurse, medical treatment. This Townhouse is immaculate! We are very close to major hospitals.
We played We Ko Pa, Longbow GC, Las Sendas GC, Red Mountain, Gold Canyon Golf and Superstition Springs GC while there and none were more than 30 minutes door to door. Condo was in excellent condition and as described. Loved having washer/dryer to use plus owner provided shampoo/body wash in each shower.
Owner could not have been more helpful even on a last minute request. No issues with this rental from start to finish.
We loved staying at this home. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated and welcoming. Our only advice would be to make sure to phone or text Bob, the owner, with any concerns when you are there as he didn't respond to the email address mentioned in the welcome binder, but was quick to resolve our issues as soon as we contacted the phone numbers listed. He was also slow to reply to our initial booking which was somewhat stressful as we booked only a few days before travelling. However, he did eventually get the information to us as needed the day before we left. The townhouse is located in a great location close to major freeways, allowing us to get around to different places easily and quickly and a gas station nearby. We loved it as we traveled around to different cities quite a bit. A car is a necessity but it is not far by car to stores and restaurants, even without going on the freeways. And if you are like us with two people, you can use the HOV lanes on the freeway so that even rush hour doesn't slow you down!
This was a most enjoyable month. The townhouse had everything needed and clean. Heated pool was great and the owners were a joy to work with. Very accommodating and friendly. Will certainly recommend this place to all.
Such a great experience staying in this beautiful and very clean townhome!! Owner was wonderful to work with as we we were waiting to close on a house in the area. Everything we could have possibly needed was in the townhome! So happy with our stay and we will be recommending to family that comes to visit!
I am writing this review because of our wonderful stay in Mesa. Having to worry about not knowing if you've chosen the right place to stay is stress you don't need to have when planning a vacation!
Well, my husband and I couldn't have been more delighted. This place was extremely clean, and had more amenities than we needed. We travel a lot and wish all places we have gone too could be like this place was.
It's location was close to everything we hoped for. My husband and I were thrilled with the close proximity to the golf course.
