This north of Wilshire location offers all the best of Santa Monica. Located between 5th and 6th street, and Idaho and Washington. Split bedroom floor plan with open living, dinning, and kitchen. Condo offers: quiet sanctuary and comfortable upscale living while being close to ALL THE GOOD STUFF in Santa Monica. Gated courtyard, Private entry directly from reserved parking space, walk to the beach, the famous Santa Monica Farmer's Market, amazing boutiques on Montana Avenue (1 block away), and street performers along 3rd Street Promenade, as well as restaurants on Montana and on Ocean Ave. Close to Santa Monica Pier and Palisades Park, you can rent bikes on the beach, Rollerblade, and run/walk along the paths at the beach. And don't forget to get some exercise on the very well known Santa Monica Stairs. It's a must at least once to truly appreciate it. Condo location offers neighborhood feel while being close to all the good stuff. You can be happy never leaving Santa Monica, and able to walk every where that's worth going, or take an inexpensive taxi. Though a car is recommended to get around the greater LA area, it is not necessary for this location if you plan to stay in Santa Monica, and enjoy all that it offers.

Rent includes: Cable, internet and WiFi, Water, Heat, Gas, Electric, 1 assigned, covered parking, and 1 street parking pass, and HDTV in both bedrooms, and the living room.

50% of total due upfront. Balance due 30 days before move in date. If you need to move in with less than 7 days before check in, WIRE or direct deposit of funds. Otherwise, credit card (with service fee), is okay...Fees taken from deposit.

All guest are required to purchase property damage protection coverage through 3rd party insurance ($99). This protection offers a lot of coverage for a small fee, and a security deposit is required of $1000-$3000. Long terms (more than 5 months may discuss different payment options via lease, etc...)

A Cleaning Service can be arranged to come for you at any time or in mid-month stay for $110-120 additional or you can pay directly.

Most everything you'll need to sit back and relax are within walking from hotel/spas, shopping, great dinning, grocery stores, and entertainment. While a car is nice to access other parts of LA, it is not necessary for a nice visit to out Condo. Go hiking, walk, run, or stroll along the beach, or just chill with food delivery and a hot bath at the condo. it's very comfortable and easy to assess so many places all within walking.

Fabulous apartment -great bathrooms, bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. 6 short blocks to ocean and 3 blocks 3rd St. Promenade and 1 to Montana.

Regi was terrific and helped us whenever we need something. She left a VERY complete notebook of information.

5 minutes to: Santa Monica Pier and theme park, Montana Avenue shops & dinning, 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica Farmer's Market, Ocean Avenue with hotels, spa's, resorts, dinning, and beach activities. You can do everything you want just by walking. Though a car is always nice in LA area, it is not necessary to enjoy living in Santa Monica at this condo. I have lived here and not taken my car from parking for weeks at a time. Pavilions (Safeway) Grocery is only a few blocks away, Whole Foods is about 10 minute walk. There is a gourmet Coffee and a Starbucks on 7th and Montana which is 1 street and 1 block away. I LOVE the location of this condo!

Community offers access to many places of all types, however, residents must practice good neighbor etiquette while a guest in unit. The condo area is quiet, thus loud, and noise beyond the normal living is not allowed. Due to weather, most windows are kept open year round, thus noise must be a consideration. Tenants must adhere to practice or be asked to leave without a refund. Breaking any part of lease will result in no refund. Unless other arrangements have been made, credit card fee's, and/or miscellaneous charges will be taken out of your security deposit. The preferred method of payment is E-check (bank to bank transfer). VRBO charges a service fee that is separate from Landlord fees. I have been offering my rentals to guest for more than 10 years, and a member with VRBO since 2008. I do not have problems with payments or overbooking. If more than 7 days before your check in day, then credit card is no problem. If less time before your move in date, plan enough time to WIRE funds direct in order to move in on short notice. Funds must be cleared before access to condo. Thank you.
